Se sluzbami v Hotelu jsem byla naprosto spokojena. Recepcni byl strasne mily a vstricny. Poradil a pomohl co jsme potrebovali.Byl blizko plaze. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value hotel and an excellent base for exploring the area with easy acces to Elche and Alicante.Located in the centre of Guardamar within walking distance of the beach and the amenities of the town. Good buffet breakfast provided in the hotel restaurant. |

The staf were lovely, the location for us was excellent, as was value for money, clean warm rooms, comfortable beds, we did not eat there so cannot comment on food.We would certainly use it again. no, we would go again |

The friendliness of the Staff, the overall Quality of the Furnishings, and Bathroom, uk tv Channels on a Quality TV,the ample Continental Breakfast, and the Convenience of the Resort Facilities and Beach.The Best Value Small Hotel I have encountered. No, but the only improvements which could be considered would be Tea making Facilities in the Bedroom, and bearing in mind the fact that this Hotel is such a 'Diamond' 'blow your own trumpet' by emblazoning the hotel name on the side of the hotel,and not merely show 'hotel'. |

The most obliging manager you could ever meet. We had a small stain on our bed sheet but bought to his notice he immediately changed the room. A basic room but very friendly staff. |

The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. It is situated in a very convenient part of the town with all facilites( e.g., bank, supermarket paper shop,restaurants bars) all within 50 metres of the hotel. |

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, within minutes of the beach. The bar attached to the hotel was "Public" so you felt you were socialising with local people and not just hotel guests. |

The receptionists and the cleaners are extremely friendly and helpful. They will give you all the information you need.They are smily (not just a "duty smile" but a natural one) all the time and you will feel good. I like the interior of the hotel room very much - very clean, everything is new - the bathrooms, wc, big bed, the tv works properly, I had a big terrace - very comfi for drying my towel and diving equipment... |
