L'hotel ofereix unes condicions que després no compleix. Quan fas la reserva diu explícitament que "Els nens de 2 a 12 anys tenen l'esmorzar i el sopar gratuïts i els de 13 a 15 anys tenen un 50% de descompte", i després no ho compleixen. Quan demanes el llibre de reclamacions es neguen a donar-te'l. Un establiment gens recomanable.

Close to the airport and close to the beach.Public transport nearby.Its in the quieter part of the beach area.There is a supermarket in the same hotel block.Freindly staff (when you can get hold of them).Free wifi service in the reception and bar areas.The manager sent a bottle of fizzy wine (cava) and a bowl of fresh fruit to our room ,offered us a free sauna,safe dipsit box and even a days car hire to compensate for the error in the room allocation.

Adults (men) must wear long trousers or you're denied access to the restuarant for dinner (this is not normal in a "beach resort".) and causes a lot of arguments every evening - much better than the hotel enterainment.Reception is a little caotic and not many staff available.They seem to get the room allocation very confused,we were given a double room and not an apartment as booked and a lot of other guest were also complaining.The rooms were not cleaned until 3 o'clock in the afternoon and after 3 phone calls to reception.The bar inside the hotel does not open until 6 o'clock and the small pool side bar has a very limited selection of drinks.The hotel supplies a "towel" service which is not mentioned on the web but would be nice to know for short stays.Indoor pool is closed from May to October and sauna has to be booked a few hours in advance (to warm it up).

The reception personal was very disagreeable. It was plenty of ant at the rooms.This hotel looks better on the picture on internet but not in reallity.

everything was very good the apartment was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean everyone very friendly good range of food in resturant

It was a very good location for the beach, some attractions and other bars/restaurants. There was plenty of things to do although if the weather is bad it can get expensive as there is nothing to do in the hotel even though there is an indoor pool there are only so many hours you can stay in it. The food was good, very european and very healthy.

It was very German which made communication a problem with some of the staff and other guests. All the local information folders were only either in German or Spanish. I found the staff on the whole very good however they were either one or the other - very good or very dismissive.

Good value for money, excelent location from airport, less than 15E for taxi.

Several members of staff were unhelpful and not very friendly, by the end of our stay I think the restaurant manager was glad to see the back of us - due to our two children who were not badly behaved. Majority of guests during our stay were very elderly Germans or cyclists, not many English speaking.

Breakfast was great. Great location to airport, bus stop, new aquarium, and beach.

Because of room design and marble hallways. Very noisy. If it was peak season would have been hard to sleep.

the only thing we could all fault was how painfully hard the bed/matteress was.i definately think this needs to be improved,but everything else was great.
