nur die Eingangshalle hält was das Hotel verspricht. Frühstücksauswahl ist gut Baustelle auf dem Weg zum Strand, Betten uralt und schlecht, sehr hellhörig |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich dafür nicht abwechslungsreich. Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, die durch Marbella führt. Also blieben die Fenster im Zimmer wegen des enormen Straßenlärms nachts geschlossen. Ab November wird seitens des Hotels die Klimaanlage abgeschaltet, sodaß es nachts im Zimmer mit geschlossenen Fenstern stickig und viel zu warm war. |

geschmackvolle einrichtung, schöne pool anlage breite straße zwischen hotel und strand, zu lauter verkehrslärm, büffet war nicht umwerfernd, extra preis für bademantel, nach langem verhandeln, und 2 stunden, gab es dann den bademnatel aufs zimmer, und der pool aufenthalt war vorbei. |

My room was adequate and clean on arrival. The welcome from reception staff good, hotel lobby very nice. the breakfast reception staff were brusque and rude. They seated my daughter alone in a corner and removed the other chair leaving her feeling very exposed to be alone.The dirty glasses in our room were not removed for cleaning throughout our stay. There were not enough sun loungers. There were too many rowdy guests |

The hotel was lovely, in a good location, just a short walk to the Port. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were provided with a very small room, without balcony in the side that hadn't been refurbished and it showed, after speaking with reception and a small upgrade we got changed to the most perfect junior suite. |

The breakfast is fantastic, everything is very clean and tidy, personal very gentile, the communal places are perfect and big. I will stay only in this hotel when I will be back. |

We were in Marbella for a family wedding and found the hotel very convenient to all areas we needed to be. Food was excellent and staff first class and they faciliated us very well on wedding day. Breakfast was a bit hectic at week-ends as all guests seemed to want to eat at same time, and it was difficult to get a table also very near a busy road |

I liked the size of the room and the nice surroundings of the hotel itself. Not all staff were polite and I found it rude that when I was involved in a conversation with them they would speak in there own language and exclude me from the conversation. |

The hotel has great facilities for relaxing by the pool and the spa was lovely and it was only a 10 minute walk from the marina. The pool food was pretty poor and there were not many restaurants close by to get a quick snack/salad for lunch. |
