The pool area was ok. Tired rooms, very slow service around the hotel. Proberly not enough staff. Food could have been better. |

My room was adequate and clean on arrival. The welcome from reception staff good, hotel lobby very nice. the breakfast reception staff were brusque and rude. They seated my daughter alone in a corner and removed the other chair leaving her feeling very exposed to be alone. The dirty glasses in our room were not removed for cleaning throughout our stay. There were not enough sun loungers. There were too many rowdy guests |

The hotel was lovely, in a good location, just a short walk to the Port. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were provided with a very small room, without balcony in the side that hadn't been refurbished and it showed, after speaking with reception and a small upgrade we got changed to the most perfect junior suite. |

The reception area was very inviting The hotel bedrooms are deceiving they show photos of contemporary rooms, however when you get there, they are dated |

We were in Marbella for a family wedding and found the hotel very convenient to all areas we needed to be. Food was excellent and staff first class and they faciliated us very well on wedding day. Breakfast was a bit hectic at week-ends as all guests seemed to want to eat at same time, and it was difficult to get a table also very near a busy road |

I liked the size of the room and the nice surroundings of the hotel itself. Not all staff were polite and I found it rude that when I was involved in a conversation with them they would speak in there own language and exclude me from the conversation. |

The hotel has great facilities for relaxing by the pool and the spa was lovely and it was only a 10 minute walk from the marina. The pool food was pretty poor and there were not many restaurants close by to get a quick snack/salad for lunch. |

Ideal location to get to all golf, shopping and beaches around Marbella and Puerto Banus. Easy to park hire car. No breakfast available before 8am! Most golfers tend to start early morning and the hotel does not serve any form of breakfast before 8am, either in the restaurant or as room service - bloody nuisance! |

On first impression a beautiful hotel with luxury lobby area. Pianist and singer in the evening which gave the hotel a nice feel. Excellent choice at breakfast to suite all. Pool area lovely.Close walk into Banus and short ride to Marbella We did not feel the reception staff very welcoming at all, room not ready when we arrived, when finally ready none of the superior privilage facilities in the room, had to chase up the tea/coffee making facilites 3 times, and then wasnt replemished on the 2nd day. Also didnt recieve some of the other privilage facilities. |

The staff was very helpfull. We were given two single beds pushed together and the room was very small, unlike the impression one gets on the website. The food at the pool bar was terrible and service was non-existent by the poolside. The gym facilities were old and very small and they only opened at 9-30 in the morning. |

Easy walk to the beach, nice quiet area, easy walk to Puerto Banus. When reading their website, I thought they were actually right on the beach but it is not. |

Room tidy sufficient, the special price I got made it a good value holiday. I could not get on to the internet and the staff would not / coulld not help me stating that they could not touch other peopes computers this was very irritating and ended up costing me £50 plus in phone bills as I would have liked to have used skype. And 10 euros plus in computer internet costs as I had to pay as I used the hotel computer. It was the only gripe though. |

The only critique I have of this hotel is it should be specifically marketed to groups of ladies/men or families. Not really the right place for a guy on his own. Wonderful hotel though, very beautiful and extremely close to Porto Banus. |
