We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested. The facilities were excellant, service was excellant and the food was pretty good as well....... Very cold swimming pool.....but its still only January...On a seperate issue, and this is not the hotels fault....there was a lot of noise from the the entertaiment complex across the road and down the street a bit from the hotel which carried on into the early ours. I think that the local authorities need to be aware of this as it will most definatly lead to further complaints about the resort. |

Proximite du centre villeet le calme de l'etablissement Salle de repas mal amenagée avec beaucoup beaucoup trop de va et vient du personnel de service de salle .la salle de bain est trop petite |

localización me dieron una habitacion contigua al servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, y era insoportable el ruido desde las 8 de la mañana a las 8 de la tarde. no sé si me dieron habitación "B" por haber reservado con booking y ser las peores. |

El buffet, tanto del desayuno como de la cena... también la piscina... LAs habitaciones son algo anticuadas (sin reformar desde hace años), con unas colchas a conjunto con las cortinas, un poco rancias, se podria mejorar el mobiliario de lkas habitaciones, pero en general, bien! |

las instalaciones del hotel y el servicio del personal no se corresponden con la categoria de 4 estrellas, el buffet no es de un hotel de 4 estrellas, la mayor parte del personal no habla correctamente español, en la habitacion que estuvimos estaba remodelada recientemente y aun asi habia muchos desperfectos. |
