The location was excellent for the main sights to see in Barcelona. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to work with our language difference. For the cost the room was small and I got a room for two people even though I was alone. Made me wonder what a single room would have looked like at those prices. |

It is perfectly situated as a central base from which to explore all of Barcelona- day & night.(& I was a solo female traveler) It is beautiful, very safe & very clean, quite comfortable, & the staff is excellent in every way. Easy public transpo access, though you are in walking distance of so much you may not need it. Free wifi. Lovely bathrooms. You really must ask for a room on the front, as the rear rooms are v small & v dark. The TV's (all) had no reception beyond local Catalan stations while I was there (though you are doing something wrong if you're watching tv while in Barcelona) :-) Take your own kettle to avoid the needless & expensive breakfast. |

Very good location; modern interior; nice roof view with hot tub; internet access. Just a few minor complaints: the shower "door" only extended halfway; it was hard to get the lights turned on in our room as we did not know you had to put the key card in the wall. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. They provided great assistance with information on the city, booking a flamenco show, and in confirming airline reservation. |

Great, staff, great location. Noisy due to tube/metro passing all the time and a lot of traffic... |

The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was immaculate and well maintained, very chic and upscale. The room was a bit small - but mostly did not like the hard bed. The bed was way too hard. In the whole scheme of things - the service more than made up for it. |

at least with this h10 you know what you get, smack in the old town, near thee ramblas and cathedral and shops and nice restaurants and bars the lift works rooms are huge but ok for a few days and nice power shower quiet rooms which is rare in barcelonna service ok good breakfast lift slow but works good hotel value for money wish the tv was bigger it a tiny flat screen, there isnt any place in the bathroom to put cosmetic except a glass shelf smack above the radiatorthe menu at restaurant is a bit pricey there are loads of restaurants around so better see outside even if you arrive late and tired it s worth |

The central location of the hotel. The beds are to small and very hard. Bar closes at 2300 hours, given dinner times in Spain this is a bit early. After a good dinner guests like a drink before go to bed. Communication of staff is very poor. |

Location was very good. Silent room, quite good bed & pillow. Ok breakfast. At first they were not willing allow chech-in before 3pm, even if the room was already available. But also that was easily solved and I got the room immieatly on arrival at 12:30. |

Great city hotel. Perfect location- next to trendy El born district, st. Catarina market, the Cathedral, Ramblas, etc. Also a metro station just outside the hotel. Hotel staff relatively friendly. There were two things I didnt like: 1. the rooms were extremely small 2. you could not open the windows, which almost caused me having claustrophobic panic attacks at night. Also the AC was working at the same level (hot!) all the time, no matter which temperature we chose. That's a reason, despite the good price and excellent location, why I would not book this hotel again. |

The hotel is in a nice section of Barcelona, an easy 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas the Gothic section of the city. The front desk staff was phenominally helpful and several spoke fluent English. Since we were there only one night, we opted for the thriftiest package. The room itself was very clean, albeit small. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. |

The position of this hotel is excellent for touriists, adjacent to the Metro and within easy walking distance of numerous attractions, Does not appear to be double glazed therefore even on the top floors can be subject to noise from the street particulalry early morning. |

The hotel was very well positioned for everything we wanted to see and do in Barcelona. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was too expensive to even consider. The beds were too hard for my liking and a kettle in the room would have been useful. |

Staff were both welcoming and helpful. Room and en suite were decorated to a higher standard than expected - shower superb - good value for money. The location of the hotel was excellant for getting to major sites, metro and an excellant selection of restaurants/cafes. Roof top terrace an added bonus offering fantastic views of the city. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and the noise from the street made it difficult to get off to sleep - particularly for a 3 am start the next day! |

location, glass of cava on arrival (but considering we were paying 300/3nights off season for room ony that felt like a small token) Maybe we were unlucky to get a bad deal (not inlcuding b/fast, any extras) but compared to all the reviews I read and the high recommendations from friends, we were most disappointed. Our small, first floor room facing the street was very noisy and nothing about the stay made it feel worth €100/night |
