The location was great, right in the middle of Las Ramblas. The hotel rooms did not have balconies...we tried to sit in the communal terrace but they closed it early one night and did not have the keys.This was very inconvenient and frustrating |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size for a European hotel. Perfect location to Las Ramblas and tour buses. Great hotel. I would stay there again. |

Best thing about this hotel is the location , then the staff in the reception was realy nice. Breakfast is worth 10 euro couse you can,t find any cheaper in that area. You can use the internet free of charge at any time. My room didn´t have a TV when I arrived the first night. I´ve got it next day, bat it was too big and clumsy for that tiny room and it stood in my way every time I need to use the bathroom or the wardrobe. The window was at the floor level and hidden behind the bed, whith no view at all. |

Good location in the Barcelona Gothic district, about 200-300 m to Cathedral, shopping area & Rambla. Nice modern and clean rooms (small as usual in the old buildings), good free WLAN & internet area. Nice personnel. 4 star place. |

The location. If this was the type of hotel you wanted then the "reduced" price (current in March) was about what the room and breakfast were worth. In no way is it a four star hotel or worth the full price. The attitude of the manager (belligerent); the sound-proofing was poor; we asked for a quiet room but did not get one; the description was not accurate - although in an old exterior the hotel is a "boutique-style" hotel with small rooms; beds were poorly made, sheets not changed and bathroom supplies not replenished sufficently. |

Great location, walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. Staff were very helpful and playful. Breakfasts were an excellent start to the day. |

Very central location, big bathroom and plenty of towels, free internet Staff was totally uninterested of you, they barely looked and to say hello when entering the hotel daily. Apparently there was also free drinks, because there were nuts and sparkling wine by the desk - just that none of the 4-5 staff members offered us any of this at any time! Also the cleaner got more sloppy towards the end of the stay - should we have been leaving some tip in the room or what? |
