The pool facilities are excellent Remotenesss of hotel.No information given about H10 club,which I would have joined,I learnt about it at the airport going home from a fellow guest.The food was not varied enough and not always hot.The staff seemed to concentrate on serving all inclusive guests at the expense of the half board guests which was extremely irritating |

Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. There were tiny little insects (spiders?) on the dressing in our room, which kept reappearing. There is no minibar unless you ask for it specifically and order in advance. You also have to pay for the use of the minibar. |

Las instalaciones, el trato del personal, la variedad de la comida y la zona en la que se encuentra. Aunque paran autobuses en la puerta del hotel, por su lejanía de Playa Blanca ( el pueblo y la playa más cercana) es mejor alquilar coche. |

La variedad de actividades sin coste que tenía (sesiones de pilates, yoga, tiro al arco, mini club,...). El que la habitación de los niños estuviese comunicada interiormente por una puerta a la habitación de matrimonio (habíamos pedido 2 dobles contiguas). El que un día a las 9:15 entrara una camarera (toc-toc) a la habitación (nosotros aún acostados) preguntando ¿a qué hora desocupan la habitación), que otro día a las 8:30 el jardinero se pusiera a cortar el cesped con una maquina que hacía un ruido espantoso, y que otros días a las 9:30 se pusiera a martillear el albañil que estaba colocando unas pizarras en la pared. |

vistas excelentes, piscinas varias y grandes, buffet variado. Merece la pena pagar por habitación con vistas al mar. El personal de la recepción es bastante desagradable, incluso después de hacernos esperar más de dos horas por nuestra habitación. El personal del bar de la piscina es encantador. |

Las instalaciones y el servicio del personal, en general, muy atentos Aunque fuimos en régimen de TI, realmente era una Pensión completa, ya que hay muchos servicios no incluidos. |

La classe... du hall d'entrée notamment. Les 4 * sont toujours comme celà ? Alors ils sont super, et sont très très nettement au-dessus du 3 * que nous avons visité (chez des amis) lors de notre séjour.La qualité du personnel d'accueil : gentils et arrangeants, un plaisir ! La thaléasso + piscine couverte chauffée : payante... cela n'était pas ou mal précisé dans le descriptif en ligne or cela a été déterminant dans notre choix de l'hotel. Le petit déj n'était pas aussi bon que le diner (franchement très bien, lui !). Ceci dit à part ces petits points, le reste a été à la hauteur. |

El hotel en general, su distribución, decoración... es muy bonito en sí mismo. Los empleados muy amables. La habitación muy cómoda y bastante nuevo todo. El buffet, aunque es variado, es mejorable en cuanto a su calidad. |
