It's location is 10 minutes walk from Portaventura and 10 minutes walk to nightlife in Salou. The food variety during breakfast was excellent and the amenities too. |

Brillant Location half way between Portaventura and Salou itself (5 Mins) staff really friendly, pool was brillant and cafes/bars and restaurant very reasonable. It is not the fanciest of hotels but its def not run down, brillant for kids would not hesitate in going back - no smells as previously mentioned in other reviews.. Only thing was the price was expensive for what we got, we payed €1500 for a room for 6 nites for 2 adults and 3 small kids would not mind paying for a fancy hotel but this one was def not a 4 star as we would get at home!! Although we did pick the busiest time of the year to go!! |

I think their policy of not allowing sun loungers to be 'booked' using a towel in the early morning is a simple but brilliant idea. We headed to the pool at various times different days and still there was always a lounger because of this policy. The manager was exceptionally rude when we discovered an issue with our reservation. We asked questions and tried to discuss our situation with him but he just shook his head. I was sorely tempted to leave and get another hotel but it was late evening so we left it so. Was glad we stayed there overall the rest of the staff were pleasant. |

Everything! This hotel has hospitality down to a science. Everything is spotless and good value for money.There was something for everyone, regardless of the weather. Even night entertainment. It's also the first time I was quoted a rate where I did not have to pay for my eleven year old daughter as an adult (the Irish tour . I cannot fault the hotel in any way, and will definately go back again) |

Life guard around the pool at all times when people were swimming. Ask reception for anything they were always eager to help. Have now stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5years and probably will again in the future. Entertainment every evening if you stayed in that night and always a good selection of food. |

El buffet para el desayuno no esta mal. La piscina tampoco. Las habitaciones sobre la cocina sufren ruidos casi las 24h al día: confirmado por la señora de la limpieza. No hay camas de matrimonio. És de los hoteles más alejados de la playa, y la misma cadena tiene otros dos más cercanos y me parecieron más nuevos. |
