Very good location, magic arcitecture of building and park, good food Rooms with very poor furniture, bad mattress. The "Privileges system" very strange and very visible for other guests. It is not good. |

La zona de la piscina... por decir algo. Para empezar en recepción no todos hablan castellano. Si sois una pareja joven, esperad otros 30 años para volver y poder disfrutar de las animaciones que hacen por la noche... En el balcón del bar (donde había que salir para poder fumar) había una plaga de cucarachas. |

Het eten was zeer uitgebreid, ruime keuze en met zorg bereid. Ook was het hotel voorzien van alle gemakken. Het hotel heeft op de kamers achterstallig onderhoud (beschadigd bad, deuren die klemmen en beschadigd zijn, etc). Hieraan zou enige aandacht dienen te worden gegeven. Daarnaast zijn er in het restaurant obers aanwezig die de wijnkeuze opnemen. Deze obers lijken wel autoverkopers en (be)dienen niet de klant, maar vooral zichzelf. |

Kompetenter Service der Mitarbeiter am Hotelempfang und insbesondere im Gastronomiebereich. Das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Standort und besitzt ein vielfältiges Freizeitangebot (Sport und Unterhaltung). Die Gartenanlage wirkt sehr gepflegt, das Speisenangebot der Halbpension am Abend und für das Lunch (auch Poolbar) ist gut und umfangreich. |

Ogni richesta fatta alla reception è stata eseguita con tempestività e professionalità dai suggerimenti sulle zone da visitare agli interventi in camera per piccoli disguidi. Il cibo è prettamente orientato verso la clientela tedesco/anglosassone e spesso stracotto ma comunque il buffet era abbondante. |

La simpatía de uno de los camareros veteranos del bar, la animación en el mismo, la simpatía tb del camarero de la noche y la amplitud del baño. Buen servicio de mantenimiento. No me ha gustado nada que se me cobre el total de la estancia a mi llegada, que no haya practicamente personal español en la recepción (y el problema no son los idiomas pues yo tb trabajo en la recepción de un hotel), la lejanía de las habitaciones desde la recepción. Dejamos nota que una de las luces de mesita de la 519 no funcionaba y nunca se reparó. El buffet deja bastante que desear. |

Variedad, cantidad y calidad de las comidas. Buena atención por parte de los empleados. La habitación en general. Para un hotel de 4* me parece de mal gusto cobrar 3€/día por darte la llave para abrir la nevera de la habitación (vacía, por supuesto). El a/a de la habitación hacía mucho ruido. |
