Close to everything - airport /sitges bus at door... few steps to metro.. passieg de gracias ... Centfocs restaurant around corner very good, some other reasonable ones in area Internet fairly reliable. Very paper thin walls - luckily noone next door. Lift noisy and aircon in hotel too hot (global warming guys!). Very tiny room for price - OK for one, bit squishy for 2. Worlds worst tiny ironing board. Many guests offered cava on arrival but not me? |

Great location close to Catalunya plaza, nice room - try to get the ones looking over the street. Some nice touches - glass of cava when checking in, cake on first evening sent to room . Incredible breakfast with huge selection. Would stay here again for sure. wifi could be stronger |

I booked 6 months ago, the day before I was sent an e-mail to tell to go to another hotel for 1 night then transfer. I was in a new city to me, there was no offer of transport, when I arrived at H 10 I was told there was no breakfast in the price, each day I had to prove them wrong. The room was never 4 star, maybe 2 or 3 star max. |

Conveniently located, coffee machine in the rooms, use of free computers at the lobby, and a lot of toiletries in the bathrooms.Perfect hotel. |

It is extremely clean and most of all because it feels as if we were at the heart of Barcelona. It is only a few metres away from Catalunya square and famous Ramblas, surrounded by shops,restaurants,metro stops and buses. It also felt safe at night. |

We arrived very early and the desk staff was very welcoming, and accommodating to us in storing our luggage and assisting us in finding our way around the immediate area. Most excellent staff, free internet, and ideal location in the heart of Barcelona. |

The location of the hotel was ideal. It was centrally located and we could access everything on foot. If provided everything you would expect of a small down town hotel. The room was very noisy due to the traffic passing outside and the beds were very very hard making a good night's sleep difficult. |

It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus to Girona airport using my flight details! The room was a little small, but with a good sized double bed and a very large bathroom. The dividing wall is made of frosted glass, so probably better to share someone that you are 'comfortable' with! |

I like my privacy and cleanliness of the hotel. Yes, the running water of the bathtub which goes fromhot to cold in no time. The room is very small. |

We had a balcony that was nice to watch people and traffic come and go. Location good. Breakfast good. Very hard bed. Customer service was very poor and surly for a hotel of this price and star rating. First day was pretty good, second day none. Had reservation for two nights after cruise, would have changed hotels but ship internet much too slow. Hope the stay improves. |

The location is very good although there are always buses and sleeping street people in front of or near the hotel. Front desk personnel had improved their attitude from our previous stay. Very small rooms; very, very hard beds. Room in back of hotel. Paid more second stay than first but got less room! Subway train noise was almost constant. Breakfast last day was cold..including the scrambled eggs. The free "snacks" were terrible. |
