I enjoyed the location and poolside of the hotel and found the hotel staff friendly I disliked the food which I thought was basic and found my enquiry about upgrading to all inclusive difficult, in fact in the end it didn't happen at all due to the confusion and waiting around as there appeared to be computer/printer/camera problems. |

The hotel was very clean, well presented and in an ideal location. The food was excellent but there was room for improvement on the waiter service. There is a 'crazy paved' area between the tarmac car park at the front of the hotel and the stairs down to the swimming pool. Water from the sprinklers makes this very wet & slippy in the morning. My girlfriend found this out and slipped & broke her arm,there are no warnings and this ruined our holiday as she was in immense pain, had to have it put back in place and plastered up at Palma hospital. |

Very convenient to beach, shops, restaurants, also the fact that you could up-grade to a superior room which we did. The noise from nightly entertainment, our room was just above and it was difficult to sleep, and after it finished they spent about an hour moving tables and chairs around, again very noisy. |

Amabilidad del personal, vistas a la bahía y buena comida. Vea mis fotos en Facebook con mi nombre: Richard Feys. Los colchones de las camas son gastados Todas las tumbonas son reservadas a primera hora. Hay clientes de hoteles económicos quienes vienen a reservar las tumbonas, sin que los responsables del hotel intervengan. No tuvimos la posibilidad de disfrutar un descanso cerca de la piscina del hotel. |

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, der Meerblick vom Balkon aus bezaubernd. Gut war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nicht ganz sauber. Frühstück eher 08/15. |
