Hotel Helios Mallorca

Very close to the beach. We were worried about the noise from the airport as it's very close, but couldn't hear any planes at all. The pool was nice, the water wasn't cold and it was cleaned every day. Lovely views of sea & pool as requested when booking the room.

Not enough poolside umbrellas. The room was not ready for check in until 1.30 pm. We arrived at the hotel at 8 or 9 am, and were told to try coming back at 12. So we did. Considering they knew we were around already the reception could have asked the cleaners to get one room ready for us before continuing with the rest. The breakfast had good choice if you're not vegetarian. Could do with some more vegetables, i.e fresh peppers etc and better selection of cheese. The fruit juices were squash rather than juices, and they were way too sweet. The coffee from the machine at breakfast bar was the worst coffee in my life, so I rather bought one from the bar.

Estuve de paso, solo para dormir. Cerca del aeropuerto, bien para llegar, pero se escuchan los aviones volar como si fueran a aterrizar encima tuyo xD La zona es feílla y el buffet del desayuno, tirando a malo. Si es para pasar unos días de vacaciones, mejor ir a otras zonas de mallorca, muchísimo más bonitas... Con unas calas tremendas. Destacar un recepcionista algo inepto que no sabía sacar copia del datáfono... Tuve que hacerlo yo, que risa xDDD

Einfache und direkte Abwicklung online möglich. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionsmitarbeiter. Nette Bad-Einrichtung. Sehr gute Lage in 2. Reihe, gute Erreichbarkeit zum Flughafen, der Expressbus nach Palma hält in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte einfach vermieden werden, es gehört mit zum schlechtesten was is jemals gesehen, probiert und dann mit etwas Ekel stehengelassen habe.
