The hotel is located very convenient, at only a few passes from the Guggenhein Meuseum. Near the funocular with spectacular view over the city.Furthermore at only 10 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop. Excellent service in the hotel and in its restaurants, bars. |

I really liked the decor and savvy feel of this hotel. I was especially impressed with the lobby. My room altho small was comfortable and had everything I needed. I really like hotels which offer free internet so this was a big plus for me. Breakfast buffet was good When I returned in the afternoon my room had been cleaned, however I little too thoroughly in my opinion. As receipts I needed for a claiming expenses had been chucked out, along with an almost but not quite empty bottle of makeup meaning I had to do without on my last day. |

Excellent Location! We found the front desk staff to be very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Greatly appreciated the hotels efforts to be more mindful of energy conservation and to provide non smoking floors. Thank you. The price of the underground parking was expensive. The kitchen was very very slow the only night we ate at the hotel. |

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Great location to see the Guggenhiem. The design and decor of the hotel and room was modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs had a rude waiter and poor service. We did much better, and cheaper ordering room service. |

Location is very convenient. Close to Gugenheim and Casca Vieja. Walking ability through the river. We have been in this hotel previously with very good experience at the colored glasses river side room. But unfortunetly those rooms have been declereted as superior rooms and found out fully booked. We will never stay at the other small and unuseful type of the room again. |

Friendly, multi-lingual reception staff were great. Overpriced breakfast option on Sunday. Stuffy, airtight room. No tea/coffee service in-room. Didn´t find a mini-bar. |

Very good breakfast en very good restaurant, very nice interior. Trendy hotel bathroom was small and knowledge of English with most of restaurant staff was quiet poor. |

Great location less than 5mins to Guggenheim and 10mins to casco viejo, right along Nervion; attractive exterior; weekend live jazz in bar; recent remodel Room-cleaning was late, we came back both days in afternoon and still hadn't cleaned room; parking is pricey at 18E a night; rooms are small, but otherwise comfortable |

Breakfast, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location - 10 mins from Guggenheim and 5 minutes from a tram stop. Didn't think it deserved a 4 star rating but it was still a good hotel. Bed was definitely not a king as advertised. Shower head didn't have a holder (ie you had to hold the shower head while showering). Overall though it is in a great location and breakfast was above average. |

Very good location near old town, well designed cosy rooms. Nice polite staff. Bar is a smoking zone that put me and my partner off from having a drink there. |
