The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms had no drawers and only a couple of shelves to put clothes. |

Clean, great price, great location, great staff, had a room with a view on an upper floor, exactly as requested. Couldn't really fault anything. Wouldn't say it was something I didn't like, but would be nice to have a little more to choose from in the minibar, it's nice to have a drink while getting ready to go out and there wasn't the widest selection on offer, but it's no big deal. |

Staff always available and helpful, 1st league! This is not a 4* Hotel! Room area is ok, but no proper lift, you have to carry your luggage on the stairs, no bar for a coffe, no parking zone, you can hear a lot of noise from the street... |

het is een modern hotel zeer mooi ingericht en op enkele minuten van het winkelcentrum van Palma,en op enkele minuten van het strand enkel dat er geen terras was aan onze kamer,verder van alles tevreden |

Bra standardrum med bra betjäning till hyggligt pris. Lugnt läge. Ostädade/oanvändbara toaletter vid receptionen gav ett dåligt första intryck. Låg så högt att det krävdes bil eller taxi för att ta sig dit. |

Der Service war i.O. Die Klimaanlage war nur Luftumwälzung. Wurde erst am vorletzten Tag repariert. Das Duschen war mit Überschwemmung verbunden, da Duschwand nicht abdichtete. |

es un hotel reformado. La habitación estaba en otro edificio y disponen de paraguas para pasar de un lado a otro. Hubo bastante ruido de gente pasar ya que no tienen moqueta y se oia todo |

Las prestaciones que ofrece. Sin duda, es necesario que efectuen un cambio en las mamparas de baño ya que cuando te estás duchando no para de caer agua al suelo y por tanto no hay quien ponga los pies al salir. Sería de agradecer que ajustaran la mampara o bien que la sustituyan. |

la taille des chambres, l'amabilité du personnel, le design de l'hotel, la piscine (dommage que pas chauffée...) ma chambre donnait côté rue au rez de chausée et le bruit était assez énorme, surtout dû à la station de taxi à côté jusqu'au petites heures du matin. Conclusion, j'ai peu dormi. |
