Wij konden gebruik maken van een aantrekkelijke gereduceerde prijs tijdens de reservering. Restaurant is uitstekend en heeft aanbiedingen/speciaal menu voor hotelgasten via de receptie. Super zwembad dat is gevuld met zout water. Gratis Wifi. Mooie locatie. Strand eenvoudig bereikbaar met tram. Service van hotelpersoneel erg persoonsafhankelijk: van top tot laks. |

De hoeveelheid faciliteiten voor vrijetijdsbesteding zoals tennis, zwembaden, fitness, basketbal, leeshoek/bibliotheek etc Personeel van de receptie beheerste de engelse taal slechts matig. |

Beautiful and excellent location near the harbour promenade, the old quarter of town and the shopping district. Very good sports facilities. Classy, comfortable rooms. Worth the price. |

A nice hotel, good value for money We had some issues when arriving (night reception) - as they spoke no english and didn't understand we had a booking even when showing the booking mail. This misunderstanding was however resolved by the reception the next morning. I guess we where lucky they wasn't fully booked. |

spacious rooms, friendly staff, amazing dinner (roomservice: warm scampi salad with roasted pears and strawberries, baked scallops on toast with onions, excellent). Very nice bathroom with spa feeling. Great pedestrian shopping area at short walking distance (15 min). Also close (10 min), a mall with multi cine. |

it is a wonderful hotel, the breakfast is the most amazing I have ever had, the rooms have jacuzi and the price value is top. The restaurant is also nice with experimental cuisine. It has been the second time and contrasting to the first time, there was no complimentary glass of cava.. I even agreed to take on their offer to change to a suite paying more and was surprised that the reception clerk did not think about maybe offering a glass like last time or because I even changed to a suite.. sometimes the staff is not overly "warm" though this depends on the person |

Fitness facilities with 2 gyms and a studio were good. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is in central location. Poor quality toilet paper did not reflect 5* bathroom. We were disappointed that the sunbeds around the swimming pool did not have matresses!! |

Atención del personal muy buena. Instalaciones nuevas y muy bien acondicionadas (por ejemplo; aire acondicionado silencioso y muy eficaz). Desayuno muy bien (aunque no estaba incluido en la oferta). Algo alejado del centro, aunque se puede ir andando perfectamente (diez minutos de los Cantones, a pié). |

Las habitaciones, limpieza, precio de la habitación, personal y situación Que las instalciones deportivay y spa no son del hotel. Se comparten con un club social o algo parecido. El precio del desayuno me parece excesivo. |

Habitacion muy agradable y confortable, con un buen tamaño y comoda. Muy buenas vistas. Tambien es muy agradable el comedor del desayuno, si bien resulta caro relacion calidad/precio. Es un buen hotel de cuatro estrellas. Los productos del baño son escasos y pensados para una sola persona siendo una habitacion doble. |

El confort de las instalaciones y la atención del personal.Estuve en una suite con muy buena distribución y mucha luz tanto natural como artificial y con las mejores vistas que ofrece el hotel.Buffet de desayuno magnífico,muy surtido y bién distribuido(cada cosa en su sitio). Hall escaso y no muy práctico para un 5*.Poco personal para el chek-out.Un día con 70 salidas no pueden estar sólo 2 personas para hacer el cierre ,bajar equipaje y recoger el coche.Tuve que esperar 25 minutos para que me entregaran el coche y al final opté por ir yo a por él acompañado por un empleado que iba a traer otro coche hasta la puerta.Esta aspecto fatal y más para un 5*. |
