Very nice, clean hotel. NIcely located. As you follow signs to the hotel do not be afraid to driive down what looks to be a pedestrian-only alley - it is OK to drive a car down it ( I had a VW Passat (fairly large) and it fit - just!). As soon as you exit the alley the hotel is on the left in a small plaza that is extremely well located for sightseeing. Parkin on-site. Staff helpful, rooms modern and clean. Seemed very safe, too. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Spanish. On site parking was available in a garage right next to the main entrance. |

Luxurious inside but does not offer any view to Alhambra (at least from our room) nor a pent house terrace where it could be seen - as promised in the netsite. Otherwise, very neat and moorean. There were quite many hang-arounds near the hotel which could bother someone travelling for example alone. |

we stayed at Hesperia Granada since May 15 until May 18, 2009. The Hotel atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, instead of a 4 stars hotel room, we were assigned a room without window, only a sort of portholes, like in Granada's casas cueva (primitivos abrigos naturales inhabited in the old times). It was not possible to obtain another (acceptable) room. breakfast is good, but dull |

The room was clean. Convenient location with parking Some of the staff, particularly in the morning, were quite rude and completely disinterested that our air conditioning did not work the night before. When asked about it, they stated that they'd have someone look at it, but were completely unwilling to compensate us for the uncomfortable night we had. |

Staff are very nice. They did allow us to keep our luggage in the lobby until 8 p.m. They also allowed us to check out at 2 p.m. since they missed giving us the wake up call we requested. We had to rush to our booked tour as a result, and then we packed and checked out at 2p.m. But the staff was very nice about everything. Did not get fresh towels daily. Had to ask, and even then didn´t get what we needed. The badroom toiletries were not replenished. Only had them the day we arrived. Breakfast food was cold. They did not give us the wake up call we asked. They totally missed it but accommodated us given that we woke up late. |

A very modern and nice hotel situated in the very middle of Granada, just a few minutes walk away from the old town Albaycin. It was too warm in the room, but the cooling wasn´t working - it wasn´t hit enough outside... And the view from the room was not very exciting - another wall just feet away from our window. |

Good location, spacious room and decent sized bathroom, but a little dark in bedroom. Breakfast ok. Great price, well below normal rates through Bookings .com. Hotel allowed us this price for another night, can't complain! |

The Hotel is situated in the centre of the town, so easy to get around When arriving the staff was not very kind and helpful. The receptionists were very difficult to get eyecontact with so we had to wait too long at the reception I find. |

We did like the location of this hotel, easy to walk about. The Spanish style with courtyard and fountain enclosed was nice. We found the services and assistance to be lacking. In general, the staff was not very helpful or courteous ( some were, and some were not). No real room service, not enough comfort in rooms, some things didn't work properly, etc...it did not meet the standards and services described. |
