close to beach No wifi, very expensive internet (coins./cards) at €9.00 an hour. Receptionists not very helpful or knowledgeable. Buffet in evening - not a great selection, Breakfast is better. |

The location of the hotel was great, in the centre of Playa Blanca. The public relation was very proffesional and she recommended us very good restaurants to have dinner. Thr furniture was old and awful. It looked like a one star hotel and not four stars.It was horrible!. The reception was only with one person occupied. For such a big hotel it is not enough!. We have to wait a lot of time to talk to the reception. We were in another Hesperia, in Toledo and we thouht it would be such wuality but we were very dissapointed!!!. |

The hotel needs refurbishment and some of the waiting staff could have their uniforms replaced with new ones also the evening meals were not great |

Convenience to beach, Mediocre qulaity of the 'entertainment', stupid and inequitable rule requiring men to wear trousers in dining room for dinner but allowing them to wear muscle tops - where is the quality in that ? |

Cercanía a la playa La comida del buffet, la cena sobretodo, es bastante mala. El gimnasio está que se cae. La atención en recepción es muy lenta. Si eres español mejor no vayas ya que está todo enfocado a los alemanes y guiris en general. |

Muy bien situado cerca de las mejores playas de Lanzarote. La limpieza y el confort lo daba por hecho por ser de cuatro estrellas. Excelente buffet desayuno. Cajero 4b dentro del hotel. Las camas tenían que ser de matrimonio en lugar de juntar dos camas en una suite, que se supone son para parejas. |

La situación del hotel es muy buena, próximo a la playa y cercano a zona de ocio y restauración. El buffet es bastante completo y la comida en líneas generales está bastante buena. Las instalaciones de la piscina, gimnasio y spa están muy bien. En cuanto a las habitaciones, dejan un poquito que desear, puesto que se trata de un mobiliario bastante antiguo, aunque si es cierto que las camas son bastantes cómodas.En cuanto a los cuartos de baño bajo mi punto de vista es lo más deficiente, los sanitarios son antiguos, la cortina del cuarto de baño está más que pasado de moda, a la vez que es bastante antihigiénica. |

Ubicación al lado de la playa. Vistas excelentes (pagando extra). Muy agradable. Utilizando esta web hice una reserva de habitación con vistas al mar. Me la dieron, pero en la parte trasera del hotel y el mar estaba después de todos los tejados del resort y al lado de una calle con tráfico. Para solventar esto hubo que pagar 10 euros adicionales por noche, sobre un precio que ya no era tan barato. |

La situación al lado de la playa y al lado del pueblo.Lahabitación ,grande con buenas vistas y buena terraza.Las piscinas eran bonitas La decoración a todo el hotel le falta una buena reforma esta anticuado.En el hall hay unos sofas con unas tapicerias Horrorosas y en general todo es como antiguo.La media pensión funciona mal los camareros si te descuidas te riñen ,yo no lo he visto en mi vida,el comedor es enorme ,ruidoso lleno de gente a pesar de que la comida no estaba mal a mi no me apetecia nada del barullo que habia. |

La zona de las piscinas Poca calidad en la comida, sin variedad, alimentos de bajo coste (nada de ternera, cordero, marisco...) el personal poco amable, sobre todo los camareros de los restaurantes |
