The air conditionner was working properly in my room every day and the staff at the reception desk was asking all my questions. I did not like the two lamps in the shape of an arc above the bed. |

The staff are very helpful and friendly The hotel is not a 4 star and has a very dated 1980's decor, room was very dirty and in need of maintenance it was more like a 2 star hotel, very dissapointed with dirty room (rotten strawberrys in fridge) and breackfast was disgusting.The hotel is a 6euro-8 euro ride in a cab depending on how fair the taxi driver is. Very close to Seville football stadium. |

Extremely helpful and corteous staff, comfortable rooms, excellent position, lots of parking space at night, good breakfast. A small detail: put a glass in the bathroom to rinse one's teeth. |

The hotel was very modern, clean, the staff were very helpful and would go out of their way to help you. We ate in the restaurant which was also very nice, my only complaint was that you didnt get much food and it was quite expensive. |

Huge room, nicely furnished. Free parking right alongside, a 10 minute walk to central Sevilla, with metro alongside. Free WIFI. The street behind the hotel is an area for prostitution, the lobby is a bit old-fashioned, pool not in use in mid April |

the staff were very helpful, especially the bar staff, who tried really hard to find good restaurants for us, and their english was superb. I stay in Spain approx. five or six times a year in various locations, and this has to be one of the best for location,price and service, although it may not be as cheap in the summer season, but then neither would other hotels in the area |

Health and Safety was an issue. Smell and smoke was detected at 6:00am I rang the reception for them to inform me there was cleaning in the kitchen that resulted in a fire. The only issue was the smoke detectors didn't go off. Additionally myself and girlfriend got rashes as a result of the detergent used and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the room.Complaint email was sent to hotel, no response |

I like only facilities Aloe Vella. That is bathroom facilities. 1.Please repair the window, no more mosquito. 2. I arrived at hotel around 8:00 pm, but I could not see the receptionist's smiling face (during 20 min). |

The hotel is pretty comfortable and a good relation price/quality. It is really a four stars hotel. there was a lot of mosquitos in the room. I hope that was just a occasional problem. |
