The location Rooms are real small and dont correspond to the size of the pictures of the room advertised on the website. Windows with no blinds and noisy. I was expecting a better service, its a hotel just for sleep and because of its excelent location. wireless wasnt working in the room and experiencing dificulties for the 4 days although it was included in the price. poor value for what it costs. |

proximity to central location....very well situated for all attractions rooms were tiny, very noisey in the morning with staff cleaning rooms and hoovering halls...no tea or coffee making facilities in room...reception staff not very helpful, breakfast costly for basic food in unattractive restaurant setting |

Very good location; comfortable rooms; clean and efficiently serviced each day; good selection at buffet breakfast; helpful reception staff. Breakfasting area was "a bit compact" leading to some queueing for tables on the busy mornings - Sat and Sun. Our room was facing the Grand Via which was lively and noisy well into the morning 2:00 - 3:00am. Other rooms in the hotel do not suffer from this problem - request a room not in the vicinity of the Grand Via |

There was no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, the air condition system was ineffective and very noisy, the bedside lamp mechanism did not operate properly, the emergency escape plan as displayed in the room was not representative of the actual hotel layout and would have been very confusing if the was an actual emergency. |

The hotel is well located near Callao and Grand Via metro stations. It has free internet and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. They began construction in the hall outside my room at 7 am, which they might mean they are expanding the lobby. The lobby at present is rather shabby and is only a pass-through to the stairs and elevator. |

There was construction going on in the hotel and we had to walk over construction debris to get to our room. The room was old looking and was not clean. The hotel was also loud. We considered moving to another hotel but as we were only staying one night we did not do so. |

Hotel is very well located in the center of Madrid. The rooms are not enough isolated. Every movement on the wood floor made a noise. The shower and curtains needs repair... The rooms definitely not worth the elevated price. |

Ter ficado bem no meio da muvuca, isto quer dizer, bem no meio do grande afluxo de pessoas bonitas e educadas indo e vindo pelos bares, restaurantes e lojas. A suite 506 e muito pequena para cama de casal, no meu caso, viajando sozinho, isso prejudicou o acesso a varanda, que, a proposito, estaja bem desleixada, por falta de uso. A cama bloqueia seu acesso. |

La atenion es muy buena y la habitacion estaba en muy buen estado, era amplia, ademas que cuenta con refrigerador he internet muy decente gratis por wifi. Inmejorable la ubicacion en la Gran Via muy cerca del Metro. El area del comedor es muy peque;a, para desayunar hay que hacer fila, y es muy incomodo. Recomiendo comer fuera, hay una gran variedad de lugares cerca. |

Es muy céntrico y nada ruidoso, nuestra ventana casi estaba en Gran Vía y no se escuchaba nada. Las duchas podían estar mejor conservadas, pero en general muy bien. |
