My first reason to stay was that it is close enough to the airport for a quick overnight between late night and early morning flights. The Shuttle service was excellent with the driver being helpful. Desk staff also helpful. Nothing |

The hotel is right around the corner from the metro station and has a shuttle bus to the airport making tourism during a layover easy. This hotel needs up keep. They have many nice amenities but none of them worked properly during our stay. We reported this to the hotel staff and got no response. I felt as though the staff did not want to waste their time helping us. |

Room was well appointed, clean and well maintained. Restaurant was very good, both for dinner and buffet breakfast. Location is very close to airport and they provide a free airport shuttle. HVAC system in our room was inoperative at the time of our visit, however windows could be opened to provide fresh air. |

IT Facilities, room service. Had to telephone hotel for shuttle from airport, hard mattress/soft pillows, very thin walls (I could hear the person in the next room sniffing). |

i really enjoyed the convenience of the location. being close to the airport and having shuttle service is important not having air comditioning in the rooms and being called a high tech hotel is kind of a joke. would not like this property in the summer months |

Free internet access with lap-top in the room; Swimmingpool and sauna. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport Barrajas; close to the metro station (400 meters); quiet situation of the hotel in a appartments area. There were no fitness facilities available, although mentioned in the brochure; breakfast starts only at 07:00 a.m., which means that you can not have breakfast when your plane leaves before 09:30 a.m., (mayby it could be possible to start breackfast (limmited?) at 06:00 a.m. |

It was close to the Metro station. Yes. We feel they were completely dishonest in their representation. We were specifically looking for a hotel anywhere in Madrid with two requirements: a heated indoor swimming pool and air conditioning. We got neither. This does not reflect well on your reputation. The "indoor" swimming pool was neither indoor, nor was it heated. It was outside and unattached from the hotel building. |

close to airport which we needed for an early flight Our room was right over the front doorway and it was very loud at time. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. |

Breakfast was very nice , very well presented with lots of fresh fruits. Waiting staff at breakfast were very polite and helpfull. The walls are not very well insulated so you can hear every noise from adjacent rooms. |

Excellent and friendly minibus transfer service. Terrific room. Free laptop with internet access was excellent and would be a factor in my re-booking this hotel.Nice breakfast |

The computer with internet access in the room was great. The location and shuttle to the airport was the reason we stayed at this hotel. What's up with that goofy shower and that see-through glass door to the bathroom? The front desk and shuttle driver were not very pleasant. |

Check in was very easy and the receptionist was really nice, friendly and helpful. The laptop in the room was great - although as my flight was delayed I didn't get an opportunity to use it. Found the shower a little difficult to use - the instructions were helpful but the dial on the shower was very stiff. I also thought that I had booked a superior room with a duvet and just a king size bed, but there were also folded up bunk beds in the room and no duvet - not a big problem, just wasn't what I expected |

Good, very close to the airport. Some taxi drivers seem to have trouble finding the hotel. We stayed on 2 different days. The second time we stayed, the computer in our room was very, very slow. |

Loved the free in-room computer. Dining room was nice. The shuttle service convenient. Altho' the rooms were rather stark, they were clean and comfortable. We stayed there 3 nights. Some of the staff knew a little English and we knew a little Spanish. However, when we checked out, neither of the 2 at the desk could understand any English. As an airport hotel, some knowledge of other languages would be an asset.. I was disappointed that there was no place available to print boarding passes. |

Nowhere did we find that the hotel was close to the (recent) metro station Alameda. Could have saved us taxi costs!! |

Situated just a short distance from Barajas Airport, this smart hotel provides an ideal place to stay for fliers. It is also just a quick drive from Madrid's city centre. |
Conveniently set near the Madrid Barajas Airport, this trendy new hotel is well-placed for accessing the airport and visiting both the city centre and the Ifema congress centre. |
Comfort and relaxation are the principal aims of all Clement hotels and the Barajas is a fine example of this. |
Linked 24 hours a day to Madrid Barajas Airport by its own free shuttle service, this hotel is convenient for those travelling to or from the city. |
