The room was very modern, clean. Free internet, laptop, in lobby area. Big plus. Hotel staff said that the "Metro" was 100 meters away, more like 400 meters. Pleasant walk if the weather is good. No clock in room! |

Tiene ordenador en la habitacion. El servicio es muy grande y espacioso y la ducha con hidromasaje es espectacular. Completo kit de baño. La recepcion y sus trabajadores eficientes,muy simpaticos y muy atentos. La habitacion tiene poca floritura y esta pintada de blanco con lo que la suciedad salta mucho a la vista. La cama es espartana y demasido dura. El gym no es gym es una cinta de correr,una bici y un mancuerna con 12kilos. El acceso y la ubicacion lejanos de madrid-centro. |

La cercanía a las oficinas donde fuí a trabajar Hotel muy obscuro. El wifi no funciona. El mantenimeinto de las habitaciones es absolutamente minimo, las paredes está sucias por todos lados, y un largo etc. |

El hotel es muy agradable. Es un buen 4 estrellas. Para destacar, el baño es muy bueno, amplio, provisto de elementos de tocador. Las toallas, nuevas, limpias y esponjosas. Excelente opción para familias (nuestra habitación tenía dos camas marineras, además de la matrimonial). Prensa gratis, internet gratis y portátil en el cuarto, que te mantiene conectado. Buen frigobar. Muy tranquilo en... Al llegar faltaba limpieza en el cuarto, luego mejoró. Poco placard. Faltaba pintura en la habitación (detalles que afeaban, le daban aspecto de vieja). Pedimos room service, y no retiraron la bandeja (que dejamos en el pasillo) durante muchas horas. |

Stylisches Interieur, sehr gute Schallisoliation, Internet-Verfügbarkeit über LAN, tolle Aussicht im 6. Stock, geräumiges Badezimmer, dank Spezialangebot nur 63 EUR pro Nacht 1) WiFi funktionierte auf dem Zimmer nicht (sehr schwache Signalstärke), mussten via LAN-Kabel ins Internet. 2) Den Sauna-Modus der "high tech" Duschkabine konnten wir nicht einschalten - eine Benutzeranleitung für diese Duschkabine war nicht vorhanden und die Internetseite des Produzenten gibt auch keine Auskunft darüber, wie der Sauna-Modus in Betrieb genommen werden kann. |

el que tenga un computador personal en la habitacion me parece excelente y tambien muy buenas las instalaciones del bano que tiene poco personal y que al volver a la noche pedi hielo y estaba todo cerrado y no me lo pudieron dar |

La atencion que teniamos, cuando nos vinieron a buscar en furgoneta porque no sabiamos llegar al hotel, la habitacion, la decoracion nada, estuvo todo muy bien |
