Wir hatten ein normales Hotelzimmer gebucht, und haben wegen unserer Hochzeitsnacht eine Suite ohne Aufpreis bekommen! Dies fanden wir sehr schön, da es uns vom Hotel ohne unseren Wunsch gestellt wurde!!! Auch die Extrafrüchte gab es ohne Aufpreis. Auf dem Gäste WC in der Suite gab es kein Wasser am Waschbecken.Das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k. aber für 17€ p.P. zu teuer. Die Spanier sind halt nicht so die Frühstückskinder wie wir Deutschen. Die Früchte waren frisch und lecker. |

There is nothing Hight Tech about this hotel. Promotional pictures are misleading and overall design is tacky. We were severely disappointed upon our arrival. |

The staff was flexible when I wanted to change rooms. The crew didn't speek english appropiately (just the manager), the bar was often closed and expensive. The location is not so excellent, the metro is approximately 10 minutes walk.The triple room was not approriate for 3 adult persons, and the wall of the next building was the only view from the room and the toilet had glass wall. |

The Staff of reception didnt know for what whe payed, we had special pack to go out late, breakfast on room, etc... i had to say them what i have, cause they call me at 12 asking if we leave at 12 and i sayed them that we have longer check out. |

Excellent facilities included in the price, with a well designed room and a central location in Madrid, close to the metro. Laptop and 24 hours access to internet were really useful. No air conditioning working by the middle of March, in spite of the warm weather (over 25 degrees Celsius). |

Relatively quiet hotel which was good. Laptop was provided in room which was a great facility. Bedrooms were extremely hot and very difficult to lower temperature. Like a sauna! |

Really funky hotel with cool design features. Laptops in all rooms are great. The bedrooms wont suit everybody as the bathroom is basically a glass box so any body useing the shower can be viewed by all in the bedroom so it would only suit couples. The hotel is in the shopping district so you need to take a taxi or metro to the centre where restaurants/bars are. |

Very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... But, the room are very nice, modern. Shower are not very well done, some details should have been done better... |

Staff helpfull, the location for our business meetings. Hotel was clean. Hotel was fine, However the taxi driver from the airport could not find the hotel, he got lost and it cost 35 euros. |

High Tech is just the name. Do not expect any super extra cool stuff there... Regular tv, noramal bathroom, confortable bed and some spots lighted with cheese blue light. You get the cable tv but with no more than 10 chanels..Good thing is that you have internet in your room and few internet spots in the hall, part from that nothing spectacular. There is just one normal person working at the reception, other should be doing other jobs. Very cheese interior design ! (fluo colors and some photographs of trees which do not fit at all with other "high tech" concept) |
