Very nice business hotel with verrrry large rooms and bathrooms and extensive breakfast. Interesting mini bar system. Room rate was great: special offer! Direct surroundings are not interesting. Also, and this is a minor point, I think in a 5 star hotel the staff should wait cleaning up the breakfast room till the end of the breakfast hours (11 am), as at 10.15 am they were already much more focused on laying the tables than on serving the guests. |

The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was big. Air-conditioner worked well. The spa was very nice. Bus-stop very near hotel. |

This is a very international hotel that I have stayed in Spain. I can get the clear information from the staff in English. The bath room's design. Especialy about the shower room. |

good value for money! Good proximity to Metro station Beniferri! Helpful personnel! The fire alarm did go off (@ 3.30 in the night) for nothing, and to be honest: A free breakfast would be better than an excuse letter... |

The price Too many things broken at the SPA. We were told that at 9pm it would the best time to have dinner, but when we went to the restaurant, they said: We're sorry, there is no more food. You can eat one of these 3 salads :-S. THe receptionists were not very serious. |

almost everything ! Hilton Valencia has an excellent service and the staff is very polite. I called the reception to order a taxi for a specified time because I had to go to the hospital. After 15 minutes waiting, I went to the reception to ask why the taxi was not there and the answer was "I did not call, you have taxis over the street". Why did this women did not tell me this on the phone when I called her ??? Of course I came to late and I had to go back the next day ! Very bad ! |

The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful & friendly. Although we received a fair price on the room stay, I was not prepared for the prices of food & drink in the hotel. Cost min. 5€ for a soda drink - very expensive. |
