The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly The windows did not cut out the street noise very much but it was an old building so this is too be expected |

It's located in the absolute centre of Madrid on the Grand Via which is the main road in the city. It's a small hostel on the 5th floor of a large building. Room and bathroom where quite spacious and clean, there was not a lot of noice during the night and because the owner locks down the door of the hostel it's safe as well. Staff is very friendly and metro is 3 min walking Maybe the staff didn't spoke that much English |

The location is very good, and the staff are nice even we checked in at 1 am. The room is a little noisy and the hotel did not accept credit card. |

It was very good. We're very satisfied. We've got from the hotel all we neeed: good balance between cost and performance. Actually, I would like recommend to all to stay in this hotel: cost, location (include the metro-station location ~ 200 m), quite cleaness, quite silence, friendly staff with strong desire to help you, etc. |

old apartement changed to hostal. three star rating is overestimated. i have to choose between a back room with a shower only bathroom or an inside room with a bathroom with wc. |

L hotel est en travaux, des ouvriers gratent la porte de la chambre pendant que l on dort pour arracher de la tapiserie.residue de platre dans la chambre, veritable chantier dans l hotel et meme le week end. Beaucoup de bruit dus aux travaux.vetustes extreme de la salle de bain.Rideau de douche troue et pourri de moisissure. Salle de bain des annees 50.Cafards.tv sans telecommande etc... |
