Close to the beach, pool towels available at the desk. Pool could have been cleaner (water and surrounding area with cans, glasses, etc) Breakfast was a little scant |

I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. All the waiters and waitresses and reception staff couldn't be warmer. This makes such a difference in an unfamiliar Hotel especially in a foreign country. Although my room did have a mini-bar it didn't have any tea or coffee-making facilities which would have been nice, especially first thing in the morning. |

The food was good breakfasts had a healthy selection of food, the hot food was not so good A warning needed to those paying with a non euro credit card. This hotel will automatically charge your card at their own (uncompetitive) rate in the "home" currency of the card without asking your permission - very naughty! |

Cadre agréable, propre, acces wifi, pres des plages,a rénover un peu. Bien situé assez calme tout de même bruyant, quand les portes claquent.Vous devriez mettre entre la porte d'entrée et la chambre une deuxième porte.Pour un quatre étoiles un mini petit déjeuner pourrait être inclus(ex:cafe,jus,toaste beurre). |

Aparcamiento en el propio recinto del hotel. Solicité cama de matrimonio y pagué la reserva con un mes de antelación y no atendieron mi petición. |

Nada en especial. 1º En la habitación de matrimonio, no había nada más que una silla, con lo cual, si pides servicio de habitaciónes una de las dos personas se ve obligada a comer de pie o en el suelo.Al pedir al personal del hotel, nos comunican que no se puede solucionar hasta el día siguiente.2º. Increible pero cierto en el buffet no había huevos ( ni fritos, ni revueltos, ni cocidos...) En fin deja mucho qu des |

Me parece exagerado que cobren 16 euros por utilizar la pista de padle. Ademas, la pista la puede usar todo el barrio a 16 euros la hora ,claro. Tendrian que tener una tarifa mucho más economica para los huéspedes del hotel ya que el padle se ofrece como servio del hote. ( les faltaba pones de pago, claro) |

Bra frukost och ganska fina rum. Ganska nära stranden. Hade hellre valt ett hotell inne i Alicante nästa gång och därmed sluppit den dagliga taxiresan in till centrum. Det är för långt att gå - dock är stranden i San Juan jättefin. Poolområdet och hotellet i allmännhet betydligt mindre än vad bilderna ger sken av. Inga balkonger. WLAN endast i receptionen. |
