We loved our room, nice decor and hard wood floors. Loved the staff, they were so nice and the level of service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay there if I am ever in Madrid again. |

excellent base to shop from and get to all the tourist spots. The staff were very helpful andgavegood advice. Difficult to find, not there fault but they need to let the taxidrivrsand tourist board know whee they are. The Preciados steet is split into two parts, the taxi and tourist boar did not know.... |

Terrific location, sleek attractive decor, impeccable staff, unassailable level of cleanliness and maintenance, wonderful firm bed, a shower I'd like to take home. The phone was a little fluky, for some reason. I advise ignoring complaints about breakfast prices: go around the corner and get churros and chocolate at Valor! |

Location is excellent, close to Metro stops and shops. Room was nicely decorated, cool, clean and airy. The majority of staff were helpful and charming. |

The hotel was in a very good location for touring the city as well as shopping.There was also a very good sushi restaurant beside the hotel. It was a relatively good sized room, very quiet for the location, and very clean. A very good value in Madrid. A nice bonus was the free mini-bar. The hotel staff were pleasant, but not super friendly or ready to go out of their way to help us. |

Just a perfect hotel. Welcoming staff, very cosy rooms (superior), quiet, amenities, bathroom, breakfast choice and quality, access, location Not really, maybe more English language TV channels,that's when you want to stay in. |

The staff was excellent,very friendly andwent out of their way to assist one with any questions. I do travel quite a lot and frrom my experience with Europaen hotels I was very surprised at the high qualityof this hotel at a level of a 4*. I wouldhighly recommend this hotel to all my friends |

Great location for a tourist as well as a business stay. Very well appointed spacious room with modern furnishings. All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. The room rate was representative of what was supplied. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering my room to see everything that was advertised on the web site. |

The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms were modern with a spacious marble bathroom and two sinks. The balcony overlooked the tile roofs of the city. Unlike other downtown hotels, the room was quiet at night. The WiFi worked well. The pillows were great. Best thing about the hotel is the location....right in the heart of all the shopping and sightseeing opportunities. The bed was a bit hard. The balcony is large enough to have a couple chairs bit there are none. There is no chair to sit in other than at the desk. The TV is so far away from the bed that it is a bit difficult to watch. |

location and cleanliness could not use prepaid phone cards from room and the hotel international rate was exorbitant. Nice to have computers but they were incredibly slow making almost useless. Desk staff not well informed about area and the fact there was a payphone one floor down that could have been used with prepaid phonecard. |

The desk help was wonderful in recommending restaurants and tourist trips. I had two calls that I know of where the reception told the callers that I had checked out. In one instance they said I had gone to Sevella which I had not done. One call I did get a message, but the other two were not told to me. I would like to be referred as Mrs. Mabon (not Katrina which is too familiar for my age) |
