the view from the hotel was very nice and well located. I asked for a double bed(no twin) and they put us in a room with three single bed.they couldn't even let us in a room where I could sleep in the same bed than my boyfriend! |

Close to port for our onward journey.Good views out over port.Pleaseant dining area for breakfast Room was very cold, no heating at at all in the room.Ok in sunnmmer monthds bit not in winter.Dining room also cold, warmest plavce was in the bar but it was smoky.Food - indifferent |

Bar downstairs by pool. Open until late. Amazing views. Very close to port. Great jacuzzi in bathroom. |

Very unfriendly staff. Rather dirty place. Throughout my stay, there wasn't a minute with wireless internet connection, although it was stated, that there was such. I had to pay each time I used the internet in the hotel, and out of four computers, two never worked, so everybody had to wait in line. A definitely poor hotel. |

Rezeption : unfreundlich bis sehr unfreundlich. Frühstück: Sollte man vergessen. Schmutz angefangen von der Cafèmaschine bis hin zum Tisch. Weiterempfehlen JA...aber nur an Menschen, die man nicht leiden kann. |

Zimmer für zwei Personen sehr groß, toller Ausblick über die Bucht von Palma. Das Bad war sauber, aber irgendwie trotzdem nicht......., war froh, dass wir am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt sind, und ich die Dusche nicht austesten musste |

Que hay una parada de taxis justo enfrente de la puerta. La amabilidad del personal de limpieza y comedor. En la habitación no había minibar o nevera y la cortina no cerraba bien, por lo que el sol entraba por las mañanas. Cuarto de baño sin bidé. |

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general necesitan un lavado de cara. Te colocan en habitaciones que están al lado de los extractores de la cocina, a pesar de estar el hotel casi vacío ¿será por contratarlo a través de Booking? |

Las vistas son increibles. Bien situado. Sobre todo,tendrian que cambiar las camas, se notan los muelles y no es nada agradable. El desayuno es muy regular. |

helt okej familjehotell, ingenting för semester resande under längre tid! dålig städning och personalen var otrevliga och ville inte hjälpa till med något. Nycklarna fungerade ej och fick bytas flera gånger. |
