Hôtel propre et très bien situé non loin des boutiques et du centre ville de Santander. Mauvaise insonorisation. On tous les bruits d'une chambre à l'autre ainsi que les bruits venant du hall et du couloir, donc difficile de dormir |

hôtel simple mais très confortable et surtout très propre. Chambre petite mais très bien agencée donc aucune difficulté. Hôtel entièrement non-fumeur mais pas indiqué sur votre site. |

Propreté irréprochable.confort literie. Stationnement gratuit quasi-impossible à prox de l'hôtel.Difficulté de charger et déchager les bagages car pas de place prévue. Au bout d'un jour l'hôtel ne fourni plus le necessaire de toilette (Crême lavante, verres plastiques ) et ne change pas systématiquement les serviettes utilisées et mouillées. L'Insonorisation est parfaite pour l'ext et nulle pour l'intérieur (cloisons inéfficaces) |

In centre For an overnight stay it's fine. But very basic and had expected more for the price, especially as the day before I'd stayed elsewhere cheaper and better. |

Excellent low-cost establishment. Clean; good en suite facilities. No frills, but ideal for a stop-over. Slightly tricky access up dark staircase. |

Pretty building interior design, clean and attractive rooms and spaces. Very convenient location just a block from the main avenue and central Santander. A little tight as to room space because of room configuration. |

Very close to station and clean Should be a comment on the booking site to indicate how to get past the street door before you have booked in and got a key. I was fortunate someone was coming out as I arrived. |

The hotel was right in the centre of Santander. It was very easy to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel is only about 15 minutes walk from Barrio Pesquero which has a number of restaurants offering excellent seafood (try the Marisqueria offered by many restaurants). The room was very clean indeed. I asked for a double room and expected a double bed. Instead, we were provided with two twin beds. Staff said that a double bed had to be specifically requested. However, this wasn't a big issue as it's possible to put the two twin beds together. |

It was easy to find, clean, and they had available internet. They also had a candy basket at the front desk. Very welcoming, kind people. Just make sure you have cash with you, they don't accept cards- but they note that in your Booking.com confirmation, so if you read, it's there. |
