The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is simply but comfortably furnished and the "menu del dia" was good value The recently refurbished rooms were stylish rather than practical e.g. in the arrangements for storing clothes |

The design of the public areas and location for the National Park of Monfragüe. Restaurant good with lovely staff. The room is not fit for purpose, the fridge and cupboards don't open, far too hot in the bedroom, unable to control this ourselves. Serious complaint made to the management at the time of leaving. |

The space and scenery around the Hotel itself. Also the use of the swimming pool. Just one thing, the outdoor swimming pool did not have a life guard which of course absolutely necessary and if I am not mistaken obligatory by law. |

El lugar es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, precioso. Además está muy cerca tanto de Trujillo como de Caceres y el hotel es muy bonito con esa mezcla de lugar rustico pero con mobiliario moderno. Ideal para tomarse un respiro, desestresarse y por otra parte muy romantico. |

De prachtige ligging nabij het parque Monfrague. Het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen bij de bouw. De landelijke architectuur, geen hoogbouw. De vriendelijke bediening. |

Platzangebot, Stauraum, Parkplätze, Internet-Zugang Keine englische Speisekarte (deutsch natürlich auch nicht, aber das erwarte ich auch nicht), kein Personal im Restaurant, das übersetzen kann. Nur an der Rezeption teilweise englisch-sprechendes Personal, die halfen. Beste Lösung: Übersetzte Speisekarte. Außerdem schade, dass kein deutscher TV-Sender über Satellit zumindest in einem der schönen Aufenthaltsräume. |

El hotel en su conjunto es muy bueno y equilibrado en todos los aspectos. Cabria resaltar, la atención de todo el personal del hotel, que es estupenda, sin olvidar la cuestión gastronómica, extraordinaria. |
