Third floor, no elevator, it is really hard to get there carrying a lot of luggage. My room was next to a very noisy street, so it was hard to sleep. |

I only stayed here for the price, but honestly it's not worth it. The rooms are terrible, in the 3rd floor of what it seems an abandoned building, old carpets, the sheets in the bed had holes, the bathroom was microscope, theres noise all night long, they don't fix things that are broken, but worst of all, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Hostal Camino is not worthy of being in Booking website |

very nice location, quite near the attractions.Friendly staffs but one of them didn't speak English. Noisy but safe in the center. Good deal for short stay at Madrid. Never change sheets during our stay; No hot water after 24:00 when taking shower; No lift in this hostel especially when the room is on the 4th floor. |

It was very convenient to the subway station and there were a lot of things to do in the area. There was a lot of noise from the street. I thought that there were 100 people outside and there were only 5 to 10. The noise seemed to go on all night. |

I was given my key to my room and I was on my own. I felt free and the hostal was like my home where I could enter and leave anytime I wanted. The lay owner-cum-receptionist/caretaker was very kind and always smiled. She was not policing your every move. It was like she was giving me my freedom in exchange of my obligation to take care that nothing untoward happens in the room I rented. The room has no safety box. If you have a precious belonging (like a laptop), then you'd think twice whether to leave it or bring it with you everytime you leave the hostal. But so far, nothing got lost. The caretaker, after cleaning the room, would see to it that the steel blinders at the window and doors were down to keep away anyone from entering the room. |

The location was very good. The hotel was very shabby. To enter the building you have to put your hand through a window and turn a handle. The bathroom light was a bare bulb hanging from a wire, in the shower. The stairwell of the building is crumbling and dirty. |

The camino is central enough, so I spared some money on transports, because I could just walk. However, public transport in Madrid in really cheap, so... Hair on the pillow, a somewhat dirty towel in the bathroom and a strange smell in the whole building. |

Rooms are clean, they are putting in a lift (elevator), the staff are friendly (in Spanish) If you stay on the 3rd floor there is some noise with people pressing the bell. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work but they fixed it asap |

No elevator. Rude staff. They were all eating fish heads upon our arrival. Very unprofessional. Half the group left early in the morning, and at 10.00, there were other people in the room--BEFORE noon, and before we had officially checked out of the rooms. Far away from puerta del sol. |

Location is very central. Very clean. The room did not exactly match the description on the website. There was no central heating like the description said. There was air-conditioning, but it was central and we could not control it's temperature. It got a bit too warm one of the nights. I also noticed that unlike the description there was no double-glass, at least in my room. |

Tijcal I is located just 20 meters from Plaza Mayor and in a pedestrian area. It is right in the city centre – close to Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral. |
This recently renovated, value property looks down onto one of central Madrid’s most prestigious streets, Gran Vía, in an area full of shops, entertainment and cultural attractions. |
Located in the very heart of Madrid, this charming hotel is surrounded by many of the city’s most popular attractions. A traditional and cosy hotel in the Opera area, just off Puerta del Sol. |
A stay in the Hotel Asturias is truly a pleasure, not only owing to its superb location in the heart of Madrid – only 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol – but also because the most commercial and... |
