Wifi in the room, the people at reception were friendly and helpful. Room was too small and loud because the walls were too thin to stop the noise. |

The hostal was newly refurbished, with the rooms being very confortable, impecable clean and cozy. Very well located, just in the very center of the city, within walking distance of all major atractions. great value for money, at least in the part of the hostal where we stayed, wich is located in another building. Definitely recommend it. The elevator should be taken care of, as it was broken for 2 days of our stay, with the hostal being at the 4th floor. No problem for me, but could be a issue for older people. |

value for money, location The hostal is at a noisy place and there is no drinking water dispenser anywhere in premises. if one wants to have cold water to drink one has to buy. |

The location is good - two small Plaza's around the corner where there was always something going on and good retaurants. Atocha train station 15 minutes walk. Quite a small room & thin walls. |

The weather was nice but nothing too positive could be said about the hotel. I assumed by the address that it was right outside the train station. I started walking and it took me 20 minutes carrying a heavy bag. It is not really a hotel room because you feel as if you are in a room in a house due to the thin walls. You can hear people breathing and snoring next door. |
