The hotel and grounds were wonderful, restaurant also worth eating at. Breakfast was not worth the money Staff were polite but reserved and not particularly helpful. We asked several questions about getting around Toledo and were given no help, when it was clear in retrospect that one or two pieces of information would have been easy for them to provide and they weren't interested in being helpful |

Location is good, quite easy to reach for people with car and an escalator is available just next to the hotel to the city. No minibar, simple room and rather expensive |

very lovely and charming place in great location and parking was available The reception staff were a bit rude and not very helpful--the restaurant staff was great--the breakfast was minimal and lacking in selection for such a nice place |

el silencio, su arquitectura, el ambiente medieval y los jardines espléndidos Aunque imagino que fue algo circunstancial, había hormigas en el mantel de la mesa del desayuno que se acercaban a los cubiertos que ya estaban puestos. Se lo dije al camarero al segundo día. No quise desayunar la segunda vez por esa razón. |

Es un palacio muy bonito decorado al estilo castellano clasico, en la entrada los jardines son muy bonitos y es un lugar agradable y confortable. La television de la habitacion era muy pequeña se encontraba alejada de la cama y los canales estaban mal sintonizados. |

De prachtige ligging, goed restaurant verbonden a/h hotel,mooie kamers met alle comfort, charmant kader, mooie tuin matig ontbijt,relatief weinig keuze in het buffet ook geen ober aanwezig om tijdig te vervangen wat op was. |
