The staff was friendly, attentive and always accommodative and helpful. Though they spoke only Spanish, they made efforts at all times to understand and help me with basic information. |

The location is excellent, really central so you can walk most places or easily get to the metro. The hostel is really noisy - I would recommend taking ear plugs. The door bell rings constantly and the walls are very thin so you hear everyone coming and going in the hotel and on the street. The rooms are also more basic than the photos show. But it is very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. |

cheap, good location, nice staff, clean rooms, AC doorbell rang about 10 times a night because doors close early in the evening. Since the walls are made of paper, I woke up that same 10 times a night. Solved that problem by buying earplugs ;-) |

The location is great. It is a cheap hotel which was very clean. We had our own shower / bath and we got fresh towels every day. You should go here if you like to stay in the center of the Madrid and don't need much of your hotel (internet / restaurant etc. is not available.) You can also leave your lugguge the last day if you have already checked out. The bed wasn't that good en the shower was a bit broken. |
