Very friendly staff, a nice room, with a little hall and a very big bathroom (with a bath!!!) which made it nice and spacey, very different from the usual single room, good location to visit the old city. I was unlucky as the person in the next room was snorring the whole night and this sound came through the wall. Otherwise perfect. |

Easy walk from the train station. Manager was very helpful. Not on a heavily trafficked street. The tour group staying there got in late in the evenings and left early in the mornings making a lot of noise that echoed through the hallways interfering with sleep. |

The size of the room, cleanness, hotel staff, close to the city centre. No individual lights (the same switch turns on and off all the lights in the room), a little bit noisy. |

Nice hotel staff, free Wifi also on the room, cheap breakfast, inexpensive. Room on the street side was rather load, also during the night. |

Friendly staff, great location and in a good price. They were working with the elevators and it was a bit annoying not to have one to go up or down. |

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. Just all very good people. The rooms were nice and large. Not luxurious, but certainly comfortable. Nice for families also. There was no street noise. There was some light noise from other rooms. |

Location Rooms are pathetically sound insulated. The double glazing is fine but you can hear everything from the other rooms around. |

Cleanliness and roominess, unlike many European hotels. Staff were most helpful locating places to eat among other things. The security of a locked, secure garage an definite plus. |

The room was spacious and clean - very good for a short break in a 3 star hotel I thought breakfast was available at extra cost but it was actually available in the cafe next door which was a little strange. The worst thing about the hotel is the total lack of soundproofing and I was kept awake half the night on my 2nd night by the furniture dragging and what sounded like drunken ramblings of the people above. |
