cute room. comfortable and quiet. they had free wired internet and it was very well located for seeing the city. i think it would have been nice to have a cheaper price for a single person staying in the room. |

Staff were helpful and friendly. Had to change rooms as window was broken, and both rooms were very out of the way with no view. Also were led to believe that the hotel had secure parking, but we had to walk several hundreds yards with our luggage to use a public carpark that hotel had arrangement with. |

El desayuno, excelente! La situación con respecto al centro, excelente! La habitación, muy amplia! Hubiese agradecido que tuviera aparcamiento propio. Nos dieron un bono con el que nos hicieron descuento en un parking de la zona, pero aún así resultó caro! |

La ubicación en la ciudad, es muy centrico y es muy facil llegar a el. No me ha gustado que tenian una boda y nos colocaron en la misma planta que a los de la boda. A las 9 de la mañana empezaron a hablar mediante "walkie talkies" entre el personal de limpieza del hotel, por el pasillo. |

Buena ubicación en Burgos, muy céntrico, facilidad de acceso y hall conforme a su categoría, buen desayuno-buffet, personal amable, las habitaciones corresponderían más bien a un tres estrellas superior. Camas estrechas, calculo que de 80 cm, mal sistema de calefacción. |
