Very clean, modern budget hotel - this is not a resort hotel so no 'luxe' features, but as a solo female traveller, felt safe, it was very clean, shower/bath immaculate, water pressure v good!, beds comfortable. Staff were fine, spoke English and probably a dozen other languages. No need to use hotel breakfast option, bakery down the street or only five mins in taxi to restuarant area. Five/ten minute walk to Familia Sagrada, easy to find. If you just need a place to dump the gear, have a shower and a quiet nights sleep, then this is perfect. Checkout fine, take cards or cash. Not a hotel for entertaining little kids, not really the facilities for this, but excellent budget base for city exploration. No bar fridge or tea/coffee making facilities but shop across street/also bakery only 100 m up street. |

The staff spoke decent to good english, were courteous and helpful. The room 601 was spacious and had good natural lighting. Although it faced the road road junction, it was still rather quiet (note that we used the a/c). The towels were sometimes stained slightly. The double bedroom 517 facing inwards to the stairwell was not so good and rather cramped. You can hear the neighbors returning or leaving their rooms as the doors need to be closed quite hard. But comparing with the places with stayed in Madrid & Granada, this was tolerable. |

The staff were nice. Cleanliness. Proximity to Sagrada Familia and the little cafes around. We did not like the idea of having to leave the room key at the reception everytime we went out. They just have to remove the hotel name and address from the key tag! |

Good position of hotel, closeness to a city center, Sagrada Familia few meters away, city metro few meters away, very clean rooms, value for money, silent neighbourhood... Little bit dark in the room, because some rooms have windows on the inner side of hotel. |

Very clean. I booked a triple and there were 2 separate bedrooms which was very nice. You can't leave the air conditioning running while not in the room. The electricity is only turned on when you are in the room and insert the room key in the slot. |

The location of the Hotel is excellent and there is a tapas bar just crossing the road which has wonderful food. Bed quite confortable and the noise from the street wasn't there at all The horrible smell of smoke on the halls it is too much. The cost of the breakfast too high for the sort of things they offer. The reception staff not too friendly in the way they treat you, they seemed like not happy doing their job. |

First of all is a clean place. Plus the housekeeping sets up the room everyday. The personnel at the reception was very helpful. The view from the room was OK if you have a room facing the street, otherwise you can't even see the sun. |

Its a small and well located hotel near to Sagrada Familia and Metro (tube). The price its low and the acomodations are proportional to it. Unfortunately the bed was a bit small, but the breakfast was ok. |
