It's the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel with my two nephews and I am pleased to recommend it to others. The rooms are large and comfortable and even though the hotel may appear to be international and geared up for the business/conferance clients the staff have gone out of their way to make our stay special. The huge pool is great in the summer and the food and service is very good. |

The comfort. Also, we thought the Cafe was excellent. Could only get into the centre of Town by taxi - too far to walk. |

It was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. When you travel to Europe you can't expect the same as in the Good USA.But "when you go to Rome do as Romans do" Our stay was a pleasure.Breakfast Buffet was excellent. It was a little out of the historic part of the city. |

Helpful and friendly staff, good food. Room over-heated during the night. No shuttle-bus to historic quarter, but taxis readily available at about euros 5 each way. |

Efficient staff. Large public spaces. Gigantic Sunday breakfast buffet (included with room rate) that would satisfy anyone. Echo previous comments that many features of the hotel (e.g. hall carpets) are dated, sometimes worn, and in need of face-lifts. |

The breakfast was very good. The outside swimming pool must be great in the summer. I have booked double room but was told at the arrival that only twin room was available and that the double room via my booking is not guaranteed. |

big hotel with lots of facilities. nice breakfast included in the price. the third bed provided was not very comfortable - too short and had a plastic cover under the sheet - guess it was for a child? |

The hotel staff are very friendly The hotel needs some improvements, particularly in the bathrooms, because despite being cleaned, are already quite old. |

The convenience of the location of all premises, like garage, lifts, pool, cafeteria and the large hall I had to change room after the first night because the air conditioning was very bad and the one of the second room although better was far from good |
