It was not directly in the city center, but was only a few stops on the Metro away. So we could enjoy the touristy attractions, while also staying in a more everyday life location. |

Friendly and very helpfull front desk staff. Great breakfast with a good selection of food. The room, although a tad on the small side was very clean. It was quiet for the most part. Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating. They could get rid of needing a card to operate the lift though. No, it was generaly very good |

The maintenance person was the most helpful and our interactions with him was the best part of our stay. Stated there was internet available in all rooms, we tried three rooms and never had internet available. |

Metro is close (3-5min). The hotel exterior and interior is very nice and charm. Room (double room with backward view) was small but sufficient with large and very clean shower. All amenities in good condition (incl. Mini bar and safe). Staff helpful and friendly. The location is not very well. It is unattractive district with inconspicuous buildings. The air conditioner is working only with room key, so you can not come into already cooled room. |

you;re near (5-10min) a metro wich is in central ligne of the metro stations we got some problems with the card (the key) of the room :) actually you need it to make work the elevator :) |

The kindness of the people, the care which they used for their customers, the fact that the hotel is brand new, the free two bottles of water evreyday...great stay! Maybe the price of the breakfast, given the quality, it should have been something less. (No nutella!) |

La situación es muy buen.Está a200m de la estación de metro Valdeacederas y muy cerca de las torres Kio y Plaza de Castilla.Las botellas de agua gratis en la habitación. Preferiria bañera en la habitación. |

Metro-Station in der Nähe, von dort ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Auch zum Flughafen ist es nicht weit. Eigene Tiefgarage mit Zugang zum Aufzug, so dass Verladen der Koffer sehr bequem möglich ist. Hotel ist mit Navi leicht zu finden. |
