Casa Fuster has an amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, very helpful and extremely kind. The hotel description offers a roof-top pool which is a very inaccurate depiction of what is actually offered. At best it is 8'x10' and 2' deep. It is not a pool rather a visual enhancement only for the roof-top bar. Very disappointing. |

excellent location, historical building, original design, complaisant staff, live music in the cafe at the ground floor. very small room ( because of the the room size I did not feel that I was staying at 5* hotel) had a view on a back street. Inspite of the fact that they cleaned the room every day they did not do it thoroughly. Besides that I expected them to prepare a bed for a night as it usually done in the same category of hotels. Lack of a lobby and restaurant on lower floor are negative sides as well. |

Architeture and decoration quite suitable to the tradition of the city, make us really feel inside Barcelona style. Location is privileged, close to the best stores in town. Breakfast buffet relatively poor, specially regarding quality and lack of items replacing. One night we had dinner at the Restaurant Galaxó; one waiter only and the Maitre, who didnt know how to describe the chosen dish in the menu (Tenderloin Rossini style). More training needed. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and it is a lovely hotel in a nice area. Restaurant and bar prices extremely expensive even by 5 star hotel standards. Also we ate in the restaurant once and I was not very impressed, particularly given the price. |

The doorman from Uruguay was very nice. Royo, the deputy manager was very kind too. A few times, upon being asked a question, staff said "ok, I'll get back to you soon", but didn'T. |

The room was very clean and the hotel staff very friendly. The hotel was in a very good location that made the stay nice and pleasurable. Excellent and very unique breakfast. There was no smoking area in the hotel, The bar did not have any food or snacks apart from caviar!!! The food at the Galaxo restaurant was very over priced for the quality and quantity of the food offered. Room service menu poor and quantities very small. |

Great breakfast , for the 25 euro you get a really great food. Very good location, beautiful interior design. The rooftop with pool and bar was closed for the night. |

Rooms and location is great, underground parking just in front of the hotel and metro is just down the road. Good views from quiet rooms and one full non-smoking floor. Breakfast in the basement disapointing. The room is great for other uses, but starting the day in a dark vault after being woken by the sun is a turnoff. Better to grab breakfast close by or across the street. |

Excellent ambience, architecture, and service. A place with strong personality. Just the hotel bar is worth the stay, like being inside of Casa Batllo. Great views from the roof top terrace. Rooms are not as big as a regular 5 stars hotel, but this is a restored old building and it is not a regular 5 stars hotel. |

das Gebäude in der katalanischen Spielart des Jugenstils und die gute Lage an einer gepflegten Strasse mit gepflegten Geschäften. die Fenster sind noch in der Original-Jugendstil-Ausführung und dementsprechend sehr lärmdurchlässig, was in einer Grossstadt den tiefen Schlaf negativ beeinträchtigt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers entsprach nicht ganz einem 5-Sterne de Luxe Hotel. |
