Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in the nicest part of Puerto de la Cruz. Rooms in the 4th floor have a very nice terrace. A bit noisy at night because of the bars nearby and the breakfast. |

La tranquilidad, y la situacion en el centro del puerto de la cruz, proximidad a la estacion de autobuses. Ideal para parejas y gente de negocios. Sali un dia por la noche y me encontre que a las 12 de la noche habian cerrado la puerta del hotel con un candado y no podia salir, no habia nadie en recepción, asi que tuve que esperar a que viniera un vigilante de seguridad de dar la ronda. A la hora de volver tuve que tocar 4 veces al timbre porque no me abria nadie. Es un hotel pequeño donde no se puede conocer gente. |

Das Design des Zimmers, alles schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr gute und solide Verarbeitung. Gut ausgedachtes System mit Sonnenblend-Schiebetür und Glastür zur Terasse. Eines der besten 3-Sterne-Hotels, das ich seit Jahren bewohnt habe. Es sind immer die Kleinigkeiten. Der Kleiderschrank, für 2 Personen viel zu klein. Keine Garderobenhaken im Zimmer, man muß doch auch mal eine Jacke aufhängen können. Die Lichtschalter am Bett teilweise unter der oberen Höhe der Nachtschränkchen. Immer die Kleinigkeiten, die einen dann besonders nerven. |

El mejor teniendo en cuenta la relacion calidad/precio, la amabilidad de todo el personal y su privilegiada situacion a pocos metros de la plaza del Charco y a unos 5 minutos de los lagos Martianez. Es ideal para viajes de negocio, del Imserso o para clientes de paso. |

Situación muy buena En el hotel el calor dentro del hotel asi como la ventilacion/extración no se tiene en cuenta cuando es un elemento muy importante en el confort. |

La cercania a todo y el trato del personal no ne ha gustado el constante mal olor del baño que seguro seria por problemas tecnicos porque la limpieza es perfecta |
