I spent most of the time out if the hotel - sightseeing, shopping - but it was good to come back to a clean comfortable room - well serviced, and always with a pleasant greeting from whoever was on the desk - nice, smiley people! And it was close to so many facilities - thought a lack of eating there would be a problem - but no! Those people who came in in the early hours and made a racket that disturbed my sleep - man those walls are thin! |

location was unbeatable, staff were so helpfull and friendly, really lovely and approachable receptionist i really felt the standard of the room was quite poor. encountered a few nasty bugs in a room with a tiny window that opened only half way and looked out on to a brick wall. |

The Hotel was situated right in the centre of the city within in an easy walking distance of either the sea, the gothic quarter, shopping areas and right opposite Las Ramblas. And the room was very clean with sufficient amenities. My room in particular was sometimes a little noisy, the elevator was nearby and one night there was a strange high pitched sound which i could only assume was the water works. I did stop eventually though. |

The hotel situated in middle of the city, very good location. Bus stop, tube, internet cafe and attractions were very close to hotel. The room was very clean. The staff did not speak English |

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. Housekeeper was very friendly, willing to help. Front desk was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. One young lady was kind while the others acted like we were pestering them! |

I.For the £45 paid for two nights and £49 paid for the friday night. I would say that for what we got it was an extortinal amount. We had a room with a window in a gulley so not much light, my tv was on top of a high wardrobe and i only got six channels all of which spoke only spanish or french, the english channel was frozen. For the £45 paid for two nights and £49 paid for the friday night. I would say that for what we got is was a rip off. We had two rooms with a window in a gully so not much light, a tv which was on top of the wardrobe which gave you a crick in the neck to watch, five channels in spanish and french and the english channel was frozen. |

The room had everything I needed ant the bed was good. The staff was helpful when I asked for something and they spoke english well enough. The location is excellent as many attractions are in walking distance and the metro station Liceu is right next to the hotel. Remember to ask for a room with a view! My room only had a tiny window up on the wall with a "view" to another walls and a roof so I didn`t even see the sky. The water temperature in the shower was unpleaseant as it changed every few seconds no matter what you did. |
