The hotel is in the beautiful old town, in the center of Marbella, the relation price/quality is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly, they speak all english, my room had a balcony and was very clean, I will book again, thank you. The rating: 9. |

El trato del personal de recepción ha sido bueno. Tenían un problema eléctrico y no pudimos conectar la calefacción porque se iba la luz en todo el hotel, e igualmente pasaba en cuanto se encendían algunas luces en el pasillo. |

die lage des hotels mitten in der altstadt von marbella Die Einrichtung der Zimmer, istt nicht gemütlich sondern rein zweckmässig, womit es mir wenig Spass gemacht hätte dort länger zu bleiben. Ausserdem ist bei der Hotelbeschreibung die Rede von 5 min zum Puerto Banus, was für mich den Ausschlag gegeben hat das Hotel zu buchen, leider braucht man aber minimum 5 Minuten - mit dem Auto - dorthin.... |

La situacion donde esta hubicado. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia ya que hay bichos en las habitaciones, el suelo esta sucio y no lo limpian, las toallas de baño tienen pelos, las camas no las hacen correctamente.... |

Las sabanas, raidas, y llenas de agujeros. El colchon de la cama supletoria roto, con los muelles al aire, y despues de comunicarlo, la solucion es darle la vuelta. Al tercer dia lo cambiaron. |

Solamente la posizione nel centro storico. - la scarsa e superficiale pulizia delle camere già al nostro arrivo (polvere, macchie appiccicose sul pavimento, lenzuola e biancheria da bagno sporca...) - assenza di armadi o similare per riporre gli abiti e le proprie cose...e altre inefficenze troppo lunghe da descrivere. I nostri commenti sono stati riferiti personalm allo staff dell'hotel e il nostro giudizio è opinabile. |

La ubicación es excelente. El personal del jotel muy simpático. Los servicios son sencillos, pero adecuados a un dos estrellas. |

Nichts Das Hotel hat meine Buchung nicht erhalten. Ich habe ein Zimmer erhalten in dem Klo, Spühlbecken, Dusche bis ins Wohnzimmer auslief u. es roch nach Abwasser, Urin. Die Bettdecken hatten Flecken u. es war insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. Ich bin nach einer Nacht ausgescheckt.Gesagt wurde mir, dass nur das Spühlbecken in dem Zimmer nicht geht u. ich danach ein neues bekomme. Hatte keinen Bedarf mehr! |
