It was a quiet pleasant hotel, just what we were looking for. the staff were 1st class and i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet holiday. |

The helpful staff together with the small and friendly atmosphere that you would expect with a hotel with only 17 rooms. Swiming pool and facilities that were never too crowded. Also an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel |

Good value hotel with comfortable, modestly appointed room with balcony and sun lounger. Free bottle of good spanish wine with dinner which was better than average for this class of hotel. Rather limited choice at breakfast. |

myself and my young daughter stayed here.we had a fab room with the outdoor pool just across from us. it was a great hotel for small kids if you didnt want to go to beach.Also the hotel food was great. The only down side to this hotel was we had to get a taxi in to town.it was too far to walk.it is a very quiet area so you had to go to town to town to see some action. |

Nice atmosphere, nice staff, excellent restaurant and offer for dinner/lunch; room with spacious tarasse and nice view! No hidden fees or excessive rules/regulations. No problems with car parking. Everything for reasonable price. |

Lovely helpful staff,always willing to help in any way they could, excelent accomodation,lovely pool, would deffinitly reccomend to families and couples who wanted small friendly hotel. Very very good.. Did not like the breakfast always a little cold. personally thought breakfast and bar area a little old fashioned but definitly did not put me off going back to the hotel. A lot of walking into the town and back and difficult to get a taxi was as far to walk to taxi rank as to walk back to the hotel |

The easy relaxed atmosphere, wonderful for all types of holidays, long or short We would definitely recommend Los Arcos, we loved it, normally we stay in much more expensive hotels, but in Nerja this hotel is fabulous, in its atmosphere, location for sightseeing and seeing our friends who live just across the road! We will definitely be booking again and with Booking.com Because of the design of the balconies we were a little nervous that the balconies were only separated with a small wall and we thought this could lead to a security problem. We could not venture onto the balcony without being seen by either side or the whole row of balconies. Also we required water after midnight but hotel closed, we could not find where to obtain this. But only a minor problem |

The hotel restaurant was excellent with comprehensive menu. also, we had a kettle in the room which is unusual in Spain. The breakfast was very minimalist and it would have been good to have had the option of tea to drink. Only coffee was available. |
