The hotel and the room is stylishly decorated from the inside. The looks from the outside are deceiving. The hotel has an excellent pool which refreshes after a hot morning in summer. |

Very clean, comfortable room and a great choice for people who like design. The room had great views from the 6th floor onto Plaza Espana. There is a rooftop pool, but we didn't use it. Although it was close tot Plaza Espana, it was quite a walk from the rest of the city centre; allow fot at least 15 minutes walk, but further if you want to go shopping. Breakfast is very expensive: 20 euro's a person. |

The design of the lobby and rooms was impressive, as well as relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful (and english speaking!!). A general excellent thorough impression. |

The inside of the hotel was very well refurbished and welcoming. The staff were responsive and the hotel was extrememly central and made seeing the sights of seville very easy. The outside of the hotel is in need of refurbishment as they risk losing potential customers who might be put off by the run down appearance. The pool was also in desperate need of a cleaning. |

The hotel had excellent facilities (good food, outdoor swimming pool etc) and was very close to the centre of town. It is very difficult to locate the hotel by car if one is unfamiliar with the city owing to the one way systems. A good map with precise instructions is advised. |

We loved the premium room, very large bathroom and comfortable bed. Reception staff did not make us feel very welcome on arrival, no iron or ironing board in the room, which for the price of the premium room I would expect. The air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot. Not enough towels in bathroom. Very expensive bar and breakfast. |

Staff helpful, facilities excellent, good location, and complimentary upgrade to their higher "Level" was very welcome (entitled us to private breakfast and snack area, Internet computers, newspapers and more). Air conditioning could not keep room cool enough, and as a result sleeping was a challenge. |

Hotel moderno, habitaciones limpias, amplias y muy confortables. Recomendable por su situación para poder visitar la ciudad. El parking es bastante caro, y el horario de la piscina podia ser más amplio (12 a 20h) en Sevilla hace bastante calor. |

Les habitacions són molt confortables, espaioses i ben equipades. La ubicació de l'hotel també és ideal per visitar la ciutat, a prop del nucli antic i dels llocs més emblemàtics. La climatització de les zones comuns una mica fluixa: als passadissos de les habitacions feia calor. |

Ese un hotel más o menos céntrico, a solo 10 minutos caminando de la Giralda, con buenas instalaciones y tanto habitaciones como demás estancias del hotel nuevas y en perfecto estado. Tiene piscina, cosa que es de agradecer por las temperaturas que se registran en Sevilla en verano. La limpieza de la piscina, no tenía conectada la depuradora y el agua estaba algo sucia. |

O hotel é muito confortável e com uma decoração muito moderna. Ter piscina é uma mais valia muito grande tendo em conta as temperaturas que se fazem sentir em Sevilha! O horário da piscina devia ser alargado: 12h/20h parece-me reduzido. |

La proximité de ville, la chambre très belle même si elle est peu lumineuse. Le personnel à la réception est très à l'écoute des clients et très aimable. Le tarif du petit déjener est très excessif 19 euros!! Et pas moyen de prendre un café le matin dans l'hotel en dehors du buffet du petit déjeuner |
