The friendliness of the staff It was classified as a 5* but did not really have all the features for this - e.g. TV with not English channels, no tissues provided, very limited information on hotel services in room, fridge/ minibar not stocked at all so we had to go to supermarket for water etc |

We really liked the setting, built into the hillside with lots of pools, great views and a terrace overlooking the sea. The indoor pool is super-heated and off season makes a really welcome end to the day. |

Very clean hotel with excellent staff attitudes gave a welcoming and homely feel to the hotel. we thought that the bed that we had was not very comfortable and when we requested feather pillows in place of the hard and uncomfortable pillows supplied we were informed that there were non available.To solve our problem we had to go out and buy a comfortable pillow!! |

lovely hotel, stunning views, peaceful, great outside areas and pools. Nice to have private parking. No noise from other guests whilst in room. Shower leaked onto floor, told reception but nothing done |

Our room was ready for us when we arrived even though we were early. A nice spacious room with stunning views across the bay. Twin basins in the bathroom with plenty of toiletries. Complimentary drinks in the fridge a nice touch. Robe and slippers provided and pool towels. The grounds were very well maintained, a delight to walk around. Sun loungers were always available and the pools good. No drinks service around the pool areas. The food was a poor standard for this class of hotel. We did not enjoy evening meals. The breakfasts were good apart from the last morning when we requested to eat early (7am) breakfast dosn't start until 8! We were given dry packet toast, biscuits and something resembling polysterene. No fresh bread or even milk for the cereals. |

La situación es privilegiada, sobre una cala preciosa. La habitación, muy espaciosa y con una vista magnífica. El personal de servicio muy atento y superprofesional (todo españoles!!!!) Se respira tranquilidad, ni de día ni de noche se escucha ningún ruido. Ideal para estancias cortas de relax en pareja o con amigos. La decoración de las partes comunes, para mi gusto demasiado estilo casa rural. El bar exterior cuenta con unas sillas muy incómodas, de hierro forjado, que no invitan a pasar ua velada o una sobremesa, cuando el lugar sería perfecto para eso. |

La situación del hotel es excelente con unas vistas magníficas al mar y la montaña. El entorno es muy tranquilo y prácticamente libre de ruidos y molestias. El limitado y estricto horario de la cena. La calidad de los alimentos no corresponde en absoluto a un hotel de 5 estrellas. |

El trato del personal del hotel ha sido excelente. Los horarios de cena a pesar de estar en territorio nacional, están exclusivamente adaptados a los extranjeros y el nivel de la cocina deja mucho que desear para un hotel de estas características. |

hôtel en bord de mer, avec vue splendide. un endroit superbe peu "bétonné" en cet endroit de la cote de majorque. 5 piscines pour se détendre,hotel calme fait pour le repos n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles même si le confort est correct. nourriture, il faut manger de bonne heure pour avoir la chance d'avoir encore des choix pour le buffet (premiers arrivés à 19h!) |

Das Hotel ist klein, sehr gut geführt und liegt in ruhiger Lage mit guter Sicht auf eine Bucht. Deer Service und das Essen sind sehr gut und die Getränkepreise bleiben in gutem Rahmen. |

Udsigten fra værelser, restaurant og div. terrasser er meget smuk. Der er gjort meget for, at man kan finde en forholdsvis 'privat' solkrog og det er fremragende med flere swimmingpools. Desværre regnede det samtlige 5 dage vi var der, så vi fik ikke brugt faciliteterne. Barpersonalet bør være meget mere opmærksomme - især m.h.t. betjeningen når det er dårligt vejr, hvor man som gæst ikke ønsker at være på tagterrassen før middagen, og derfor skal bede om at blive serviceret i baren i 'stuen'. Maden bør klart forbedres. |

Die Atmosphäre war gepflegt, die Zimmer geräumig, das Essen in der Qualität und im Service gut .Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick über das Meer gefällt. Schöner, parkartiger Garten. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Bei der Lage des Hotels empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen. Der Fitnessraum ist recht dürftig ausgestattet. In den Zimmern fehlen bequeme Sitzmöbel. |

El emplazamiento del hotel, todo tranquilidad y con una vistas impresionantes. La tranquilidad que ofrece y sus 4/5 piscinas para 24 habitaciones únicamente. El horario del desayuno y de la cena era orientado a los clientes extranjeros (en su mayoria alemanes). Una mayor amplitud de horarios sería aconsejable, ¡¡que estamos de vacaciones, hombre!! |

Super Lage, toller Blick aus allen Zimmern, Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt, Poollandschaft sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick über die Bucht, extrem ruhig, keinerlei Lärm, perfekt zum Erholen Zimmereinrichtung etwas antiquiert, ähnlich wie die Gäste, könnte aber auch an der Jahreszeitgelegen haben, zumindest das mit den Gästen (1.
