We stayed at the apartments, 200 m away from the hotel. Very central location. Benefit/cost ratio is high. Suitable for 4 people, includes nice kitchen facilities. Closed car park next door, though expensive (25 Euros overnight). |

Good location for exploring Granada and really convenient to get the bus to the Alhambra. Staff very friendly and helpful during our stay. Room small but comfortable clean and perfect for the price for the few days we stayed. |

The location was the best point. It is right in the centre of the city within easy reach of ll of the man tourist attractions, shops and entertainment. The aircon was poor. It was just adiquate for the time we sayed but I doubt that it would cope in July and August. |

The excellent central location right on Plaza Nueva, literally the middle of the city centre! We had a front-facing corner-room which overlooked the whole of the Plaza as well as the beautiful La Alhambra and Sierra Navada mountain backdrop opposite. I requested 'a room with a view' for myself and my husband and the staff certainly made sure we got one! The central and tourist location meant it was quite noisy at evening and night-times, but that is only to be expected and we were prepared for it. I thought one particular staff member on reception could have been a bit friendlier as all the other staff members were very pleasant and helpful. |

clean and unfussy with friendly staff and good facilities and perfectly situated to explore granada. Beds too hard and pillows too small (same for most hotels I'm afraid). |

Its location and proximity to the Alhambra and the shopping area If only the bedroom had more lights like the bathroom. The first night was very noisy and that affected my sleep. The next 2 nights was ok, not sure whether it was because I decided to leave the windows closed. |

Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and had always suggestions and ideas to our requests. Hotel was ideally situated and street noise was considerably less than expected (perhaps because it was cold and raining, so we keps doors shut :) The promised Wireless Internet access did not work - but that was apparantly due to local telco problem. |

We stayed at the apartments which were very spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. It was nice to stay at the apartments and use the fridge, oven, and washing machine to gear up for the remainder of our long Spain trip. |
