very good location. Lovely,light,spacious rooms.The hotel was very quiet and we were given a room with garden views which was excellent.Very good breakfasts. The staff were very helpful and polite No.Don't be put off by previous reviews ! |

Les suites sont vraiment parfaitement adaptées pour les familles. Spatieuses bien équipées... Centre ville à 5 minutes et plage à max 20 min à pied, pte balade agréable. La terrasse de la suite était super (demander côté piscine). Petit déjeuner fantastic de très bonne qualité. Personnel à la réception très aimable. La piscine est quand même vraiment froide (juin). Le bassin des tous petits n'est pas sécurisé, il est accolés au grand bassin, il n'y a même pas un pt muret pour séparer donc les enfants ne se rendent pas compte et peuvent tout aussi bien sauté dans la "grande" piscine. Ce sont vraiment les seuls défauts que nous avons trouvés. |

Su estilo árabe con tanto cristal y la amplitud que da en sí al hotel. Las vistas a los jardines y piscina (fabuloso) La mala interpretación que da lugar la "isla del ocio" porque da a entender que es más grande de lo que realmente se puede visitar. |

El hotel en sí es bastante espectacular, tanto la entrada, como la habitación enorme y confortable, y la piscina es preciosa. La situación está un pelín lejos de la playa, andando tardas 20 mins, lo malo ha sido Almuñecar que por lo menos ahora está muerto del todo, un poco rollo, la verdad, no recomiendo ir a gente joven y mucho menos teniéndo cerca Granada. Encima los dos días hizo malísimo. |

El entorno. La accesibilidad a las habitaciones. La amabilidad del personal. Que haya plancha y tabla de planchar. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no me parece correcto. No tienen calidad ni el somier ni el colchón. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no puede no haber una cafetería donde a las 8´30 de la tarde te puedas tomar un café con leche, o un bocadillo.etc. No es suficiente el bar de copas. La nevera de la habitación es excesivamente grande, y debería estar enchufada cuando llega el huesped. |

Las instalaciones exteriores del hotel son magníficas. Supongo que en verano serán una pasada. Las habitaciones (apartamentos) están muy desangeladas, no hay calidez. Deberían reformarlas. Entonces sí sería un buen hotel. |

Die Suite ist wirklich sehr groß; mann hätte auch mit 4 Erwachsenen darin übernachten können; das ging aus der Beschreibung leider nicht deutlich hervor. Das Wasser im Pool war schon sehr kalt; hier fehlt eine Beheizung |
