Our room was for four people but there were only two sets of towels. When we asked for additional towels after we checked in in the evening, we were told that it was "impossible" to get more towels before morning. Also, the water temperature would go from ice cold to scaldingly hot in the sink and shower. |

Very close to city center. No need to buy any touristcard or 10 journey ticket. It takes about an hour to reach to Barajas Airport by metro. Station takes about 5 minutes by walk. There is no wireless internet inside the hotel. You can access to internet inside your room but you need to have an ethernet cable and pay 2 euros per hour. |

Central location between Prado/Reina Sofia and city centre, 10 minutes walk away from Puerta del Sol. Safe neighbourhood, although not the nicest. Friendly staff. My room was on the ground floor and faced the backstreet, which was quite ugly. Plus, I could see & hear people walking by. But then again - I knew I was booking the last available room, so I got what I got. |

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is 10 minutes walk from Atocha railway station, which makes it easy to fine, and the subway station is just 30 metres away from the hotel entrance, which makes it very convenient to explore Madrid. The room was nice and clean, it had very good and working (!) air conditioner, so we could adjust temperature as we liked. |

todo ha sido perfecto ,esta muy bien situado en pleno centro de madrid,andando llegas al retiro,a sol,atocha,museos,... y para estar tan bien situado tiene buen precio,el trato excelente,el personal nos aconsego sobre las dudas que tuvimos.muy bueno. |

Centrico, el personal de recepción muy amable y servicial y la oferta de la habitación muy bien, pero quisimos adelantar un día la reserva y no respetaron el precio que ya teníamos, nos salía el 70% mas caro. |

Goede locatie, te voet zijn bijna alle trekpleisters binnen 30 minuten te bereiken. Goed verzorgde kamers en uitgebreid ontbijt (niet incl.). De temperatuur van de douche was niet constant. Wat administratieve 'fouten'; bij het ontbijt stonden niet alle reisgenoten op de lijst en tijdens het uitchecken was er was gedoe rondom mijn creditcard. |
