Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated & enormous. Great pools. Very spacious rooms with great balcony views. The only problem during our stay was the air con in our room didn't work very well. Otherwise everything was fabulous! |

This hotel is in a nice location and is clean and pretty. We stayed in the high cost villa, but I would not do that again. The regular rooms are just as nice, if not more so, and they have a view. The villa view is blocked by a wall. The beds at this hotel are not comfortable at all. Staff is friendly and helpful, but the food is nothing to crow about. |

The staff, the spa and the pool area. The food in the evening was very poor. The view was perfect but the food was dry, having been put out for quite a time. and not very interesting. |

The stay was extremely relaxing, in a very clean and comfortable room (we chose a villa with private jacuzzi). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with a high degree of variety. In particular, the breakfast was superb. The immediate surroundings are not the best place we'd ever seen. The hotel itself is an exception in good taste, as the other hotels and restaurants are very 'cliché'. |

Behavior of hotel staff. The gym. Breakfast buffet. Too far from the beach. Very poor wi-fi connection or not available several times a day although is included in services claimed. The room had no bathroom scale. |

Las piscinas, la belleza de la vegetación, la arquitectura del hotel, el parking con acceso desde el interior , la tranquilidad, la atención del personal, el buffet, la limpieza de las habitaciones y la situación en Costa Adeje que tiene un clima muy soleado. El restaurante gourmet. Está mucho mejor el buffet. |

Het hotel is zeer kindvriendelijk. Niets is lastig of te veel. Kamers zijn goed. Redelijk ruim en modern. Goede douche en bed. Jacuzzi bij de kamer vonden we luxe! Het eten is niet top. Zeker de roomservice vonden we niet lekker. Het buffet gaat wel. Het aanvullen van de minibar en het aanvullen van thee service op de kamer liet te wensen over. Roomservice maakte veel fouten. |

Alles was fantastisch. Ontbijtbuffet, ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Twee keer per dag wordt je bed verschoont. je voelt je helemaal thuis. Bedden zijn wat langer dan normaal, heerlijk. badkamer is top. frisdrank is duur e3,-. prijzig maar absoluut zijn geld waard! |
